Herzlich willkommen im schönen Egmond aan zee.

Die Wohnung hat eine offizielle Klassifizirung von 4+++ sternen bekommen und befindet sich in einen zweistöckigen Sommerhaus mit Zentralheizung.
Das erdgeschoss besteht aus einem modern eingerichteten Wohn-Koch-Esszimmer mit zwei
Komfortablen Ledercouchen, Satteliten-Fernsehen, CD-Radio-Gerat und einem Esstisch für vier Personen.
Die Küchenzeile enthält: Kühlschrank, Gasherd mit vier Kochflächen, Microwelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster Wasserkocher, Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine mit Bügelbrett und-eisen.

Das Luxusbadezimmer besteht aus Dusche, Toilette und einem Waschbecken mit Kalt-Warmwasserhahn.
Eine sonnige terrasse mit modernen Gartenmöbeln steht Ihnen zu verfügung.
Der zweite stock ist über eine sichere Holztreppe zu erreichen.
Hier finden Sie eine zweite modern gestaltete Toilette und einem Waschbecken mit Kalt-Warmwasserhahn, ein kleineres Schlafzimmer mit zwei Betten, ein grösses Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Waschbecken mit Kalt-Warmwasserhahn, sowie reichlich Stauraum für Ihre Kleidung in Einbauschränken.
Ferner gibt es Platz genug um ein Kinderbett aufzustellen.
Das gesamte obere Stockwerk ist mit einem schicken Laminaatboden ausgelegt und somit auch für Allergieker besonders geeignet.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

We were with 3 adults and 1 small dog for 5 days in the beautiful Egmond aan Zee. The apartment was very nice, clean, cozy, and equipped with everything you need to be happy on vacation. The hosts were friendly and always helpful. We enjoyed it very much and were very satisfied. We can only recommend the apartment and would come back again anytime.

Stilvolles Ferienhaus

The holiday home is modern and very stylishly furnished. Very clean, you will find everything you need for daily use. A flower-filled garden with garden furniture is also available. The landlords are very friendly. We always like to come back and have been doing so for many years. If you don't feel comfortable here, it's your own fault.

Optimal accommodation

This well-maintained summer house has been furnished very stylishly and lovingly, making optimal use of the available space in the house. The very friendly landlords, who speak German very well, add to ensuring a carefree holiday near the beach and dunes. We will continue to book this house in September and for many years to come.

Gemütliches Ferienhäuschen

We spent two beautiful weeks in this very nice, cozy holiday home located in the peaceful south of Egmond. The landlords were very friendly. The house was stylishly furnished and we didn't miss anything. It was only 800m to the beach. Our dog also enjoyed it very much. This will certainly not be our last vacation in Egmond aan Zee. We would love to come back.
