The bay Zarace consists of a small collection of weekend homes of locals from the town of Hvar, which inhabit these houses in the summer or rent z. The bay is alive in the season, here, everything happens from the terraces of the restaurants and the beach. In the bay itself you can not drive directly to the car. Parking available.

Cancellation terms:

If the tenant is unable to commence the agreed vacation, they must inform the landlord as soon as possible. The cancellation costs are staggered as follows: - up to 10 weeks before the start of the rental period 25% of the total rent, - up to 4 weeks before the start of the rental period 50% of the total rent, - up to 1 week before the start of the rental period 90% of the total rent, - up to the day of the start of the rental period 100% of the total rent. This applies unless re-renting during the planned rental period is possible. Therefore, it is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance. If the agreed rental period is not fully adhered to, the entire rental price for the agreed duration must nevertheless be paid.
