The North Sea beaches can be reached quickly. Lehe is the northernmost municipality in the district of Dithmarschen. The nearest larger towns are the district towns of Heide (approx. 22 km) and Husum (approx. 21 km; district town of the neighbouring district of Nordfriesland to the north).

Exclusive holiday home
We spent a few relaxing days in this particularly well-equipped holiday home.
The exceptional cleanliness that is always promised can be found in this accommodation "despite" allowed pets.
In addition to the high-quality furnishings, the outstanding aspect for us.
The positive aspects already mentioned many times in other reviews and the very friendly and helpful landlords of the holiday home we also experienced. We will always try to book our accommodation in the "old sandbank" for future holiday planning in this region.

Holiday home "Old Sandbank"
A holiday home to arrive at, feel good in, and return to – 100% recommendation!
Sometimes you find a place where you feel at home from the very first moment. That is exactly what the holiday home "Alte Sandbank" in Krempel is.
We – a mother with three daughters and our tomcat – were able to spend two wonderful weeks here last July. We were so thrilled by this extraordinary holiday home that we returned for another two weeks this year. The house is incredibly bright, modern, and furnished with great attention to detail, with its generous 120 m². You can immediately feel that the landlords, the Dohse family, place great importance on providing their guests with a perfect stay. Their excellent taste is evident in every corner: high-quality furniture, stylish decoration, and an equipment where really everything has been thought of. There is simply nothing missing.
We would particularly like to highlight the exceptional cleanliness. The holiday home was impeccably maintained upon our arrival – a true quality feature that is unfortunately not a given these days.
The beautifully landscaped garden also invites relaxation. Planters create a loving atmosphere, the Weber grill makes you look forward to cozy barbecue evenings, and beach chairs, loungers, and various seating options offer everyone the perfect favorite spot – whether in the sun or in the shade. The beds are wonderfully comfortable, and the sofas invite you to relax after an eventful day. After excursions to the beautiful North Sea coast, there is hardly anything better than returning to this cozy temporary home.
Another great advantage is that pets are warmly welcomed. For families with a dog or – like us – even with a cat, this holiday home is a real stroke of luck. Together, you can spend an unforgettable vacation here. Thank you very much, Dohse family!

Perfect feel-good vacation
The generously equipped holiday home is quietly located. The North Sea can be reached by car in twenty minutes. The location is also perfect for excursions to Husum, St. Peter, and the North Frisian Islands. Shopping facilities are available in the neighboring town of Lunden.
The house offers exceptionally spacious accommodations for both humans and four-legged friends. A large terrace and two parking spaces are available. The furnishings are modern and high-quality. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. A vacation as one wishes - we would gladly come back.

Simply great!
In this holiday home, one can feel completely comfortable. There is really nothing missing. That guests with pets are also welcome here is not noticeable at all - everything is exceptionally clean and well-maintained.
The kitchen is excellently equipped; we lacked nothing. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the holiday home of the Dohse family and felt very comfortable there.

Highly recommended!!
From the outside, the house looks somewhat unremarkable, but the interior has surprises in store.
Everything is almost new and tastefully furnished; the coffee machine and the large TV in the living room immediately catch the eye. On the very nice sofa, we were able to relax excellently in the evenings.
We (2 adults and a well-behaved Labrador lady) felt very comfortable.
Krempel is very well suited as a base for exploring the North Sea area: Tönning, Heide, St. Peter-Ording, Büsum... etc. are quickly reached.
Shopping is not a problem, and great rolls and bread are available at Baker Hansen in Lunden.
All in all - a great break. Thank you also to Mrs. Dohse.

Die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit, die immer verspricht wird, findet man in dieser Unterkunft „trotz“ erlaubter Haustiere vor.
Neben der gehobenen Ausstattung für uns der herausragende Aspekt.
Die in den anderen Bewertungen bereits vielfach erwähnten positiven Aspekte und sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter des Ferienhauses haben wir auch so erlebt.
Wir werden bei zukünftigen Urlaubsplanungen in dieser Region immer erst versuchen in der „alten Sandbank“ unser Quartier zu buchen.
Manchmal findet man einen Ort, an dem man sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause fühlt. Genau das ist das Ferienhaus „Alte Sandbank“ in Krempel.
Wir – eine Mutter mit drei Töchtern und unserem Kater – durften bereits im vergangenen Juli zwei wundervolle Wochen hier verbringen. So sehr hat uns dieses außergewöhnliche Ferienhaus begeistert, dass wir auch in diesem Jahr wieder für zwei Wochen dort Urlaub gemacht haben.
Das Haus ist mit seinen großzügigen 120 m² unglaublich hell, modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man spürt sofort, dass die Vermieter, Familie Dohse, großen Wert darauf legen, ihren Gästen einen perfekten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Ihr hervorragender Geschmack zeigt sich in jeder Ecke: hochwertige Möbel, stilvolle Dekoration und eine Ausstattung, bei der wirklich an alles gedacht wurde. Es fehlt schlichtweg an nichts.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit. Das Ferienhaus war bei unserer Ankunft makellos gepflegt – ein echtes Qualitätsmerkmal, das heutzutage leider nicht selbstverständlich ist.
Auch der wunderschön angelegte Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein. Pflanzkübel sorgen für eine liebevolle Atmosphäre, der Weber-Grill macht Lust auf gemütliche Grillabende und Strandkorb, Liegen sowie verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten bieten für jeden den perfekten Lieblingsplatz – ob in der Sonne oder im Schatten.
Die Betten sind herrlich bequem und auch die Sofas laden zum entspannten Ausklang eines erlebnisreichen Tages ein. Nach Ausflügen an die wunderschöne Nordseeküste gibt es kaum etwas Schöneres, als in dieses gemütliche Zuhause auf Zeit zurückzukehren.
Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist, dass Haustiere herzlich willkommen sind. Für Familien mit Hund oder – wie bei uns – sogar mit Katze, ist dieses Ferienhaus ein echter Glücksgriff. Gemeinsam kann man hier einen unvergesslichen Urlaub verbringen.

Das Haus bietet außergewöhnlich viel Platz für Mensch und Vierbeiner. Eine große Terasse und zwei Pkw Stellplätze stehen zur Verfügung. Die Einrichtung ist modern und hochwertig. Die vollausgestattete Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Urlaub wie man ihn sich wünscht - wir kommen gern wieder.
Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet; uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus der Familie Dohse sehr genossen und uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.

Es ist alles fast neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Kaffeevollautomat und der große TV im Wohnzimmer fallen sofort ins Auge. Auf dem sehr schönen Sofa konnten wir abends hervorragend relaxen.
Wir (2 Erwachsene und eine gut erzogene Labrador-Dame) haben und sehr wohl gefühlt.
Krempel eignet sich sehr gut als Basis zur Erkundung des Nordseeumfeldes. Tönning, Heide, St. Peter-Ording, Büsum ... etc. sind schnell erreicht.
Einkaufen ist kein Problem, und tolle Brötchen und Brot hat Bäcker Hansen in Lunden.
Alles in allem - eine tolle Auszeit. Vielen Dank auch an Frau Dohse.
Es fehlt es an nichts, so dass auch ein Langzeiturlaub problemlos möglich ist. Von einer wirklich komplett ausgestatteten Küche bis zu Waschmaschine und Trockner ist alles vorhanden. Für schöne Tage steht ein eingezäunter Außenbereich mit Terrasse zur Verfügung, ideal um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.

Wir wüssten nicht was zu verbessern wäre.
Wir zwei Personen mit zwei Dackeln haben den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus einfach nur genossen.
Wo gibt es denn sowas, wo in jedem Zimmer ein TV Gerät steht und alles modern und zeitgemäß.
Grose Kühl- Gefrierkombination, Mikrowelle, Espressoautomat,
Waschmaschine und Trockner usw.
Unsere Hunde waren sicher auch im Aussenbereich.
Die Eheleute Dohse waren total bemüht, dass wir uns wohl fühlen konnten
Leider war das Wetter in dieser Woche weniger traumhaft, so konnten wir den riesigen Ferseher mit allen Apps genießen.
Ausflüge sind von hier in alle Richtungen gut möglich.
Parken kann man gefahrlos direkt vor der Haustür.
Ein paar Schritte und es geht in den Wald für Gassigänge.
Wir hatten von Freunden Besuch, auch die waren total fasziniert von der Einrichtung
Wir wünschen ihnen liebe Dohses noch viele nette Feriengäste, die auch ihre Einrichtung werten und achten.

Ausstattung, von der Familie einfach Grossartig.
Uns wurden viele Empfehlungen gegeben was wir dort machen können. Einiges haben wir davon auch gemacht.
In die umliegenden Städte für die Sehenswürdigkeiten ist man in maximal einer Stunde mit dem PKW. Es lohnt sich!
Wir empfehlen dieses Ferienhaus zu 100% und kommen sicher wieder!!
