Lovingly furnished in Nordic country house style F**** holiday home.
in 2014, we renovated our house and turned it into a cosy home for your time with us with great attention to detail. Great importance was attached to a coherent overall concept and a cosy ambience was created.
The number of beds in the rooms can be adapted as required (e.g. 3 x 2 beds)
The house has a large terrace with a view of the garden.
There is a wallbox at the property where you can charge your e-car for a fee.

Our house is located in a quiet residential area and has a beautifully landscaped and well-maintained garden.
Oberkotzau is located in the northern Fichtelgebirge, close to the independent city of Hof/Saale.
Our village has about 6000 inhabitants and has a good infrastructure.
Shops for daily needs and restaurants are available.
In summer there is a wonderful outdoor swimming pool and the nearby recreation centre "Untreusee" is inviting at any time of the year.
In winter, there is the possibility of downhill skiing in the Fichtelgebirge and in the Franconian Forest, as well as groomed cross-country skiing trails.

Holiday home suitable for all age groups
We travel a lot in holiday homes and this one definitely deserves 5 stars. Very lovingly and tastefully decorated and there is nothing missing from the equipment. Everything you need for a vacation has really been thought of! The house is very quiet with a beautiful large balcony, and the garden that you can share is beautiful and designed with a lot of love. It is rare to find such open and very attentive landlords who care about the well-being of their guests. At this point, once again, a big thank you to dear Manuela and Udo for your great hospitality, and also thanks to Grandpa Karl who also enriched our vacation very much. We will definitely come back!

Highly recommended
We had the pleasure of spending our summer holiday 2021 at Landhaus Anneliese. The house and the garden are beautifully furnished and maintained with great attention to detail. The holiday home is equipped with everything you need for a holiday and the fact that you can even use a washing machine for a small fee was super after our hikes. The house is located in a quiet side street and unfortunately we can only recommend it (actually we didn't want any competition when booking ;-) ). We would like to thank our super nice landlords who really care about the well-being of their guests. We felt very comfortable. The village itself is not particularly beautiful and does not exude the charm of the Fichtelgebirge, but you have everything you need (shops, pharmacy, doctors, playgrounds). We made many excursions and even rainy days were no problem thanks to the great holiday home. You can stay comfortably in your quarters and play something ;-)

Feel-good house
My daughter and I, corona-stressed, just wanted to relax for a few days. In the beautiful cottage of the Krauss family, we succeeded all around. We arrived and immediately felt at home thanks to the friendly welcome. Even when the weather was bad, we quickly found the peace we had hoped for. The house is very lovingly designed, furnishings and equipment leave nothing to be desired. We were completely satisfied and will gladly come back again.

Great feel-good holiday home
We (3 adults, 3 children (5 yrs, 2 yrs, 8 months)) felt completely comfortable. Very tastefully decorated with a lot of love. You immediately feel at home! Nothing is missing, the Krauss family has thought of everything, we are thrilled and will definitely come back. Everything is super clean and cozy, and the garden is amazing! Thank you to the entire Krauss family.
