Level, spacious, cosy holiday flat in a beautiful location on the edge of the forest. 2 bedrooms, living room, eat-in kitchen, bathroom with WC and shower. Living room 68 m². Sitting area in front of the house.
Garden table, garden chairs with cushions and barbecue are of course available. 3 bicycles with gears can be used by arrangement. Storage space for bicycles brought along is available.
* The living room sofa can be extended for 2 more people (children).
The kitchen-cum-living room has a fridge, electric cooker with ceramic hob, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and dishwasher.

There is a cosy sitting area in front of the house. Spacious garden and lawns surround the house.
The holiday home is situated in a very quiet, relaxing location on the edge of the forest about 1.5 km outside the district of Heber.
Heber is a suburb of the Heide town Schneverdingen.
There is a small grocer's shop, a farm shop and a very good restaurant in the village
The towns of Schneverdingen and Soltau are about 10 km away.
The Heidepark Soltau is only about 6 km away.
To Hamburg 60 km, Bremen and Hannover approx. 80 km.
To Lüneburg, Celle approx. 50 km, to Rotenburg approx. 25 km.

Rest and relaxation
If you are looking for tranquility to escape everyday stress, then Family Bach is the perfect place. Beautiful vacation apartment equipped with everything you need. Shopping options easily accessible by car. Highly recommended are the Walsrode Bird Park, the Suhlendorf Open Air Museum, and the Schneverdingen Local History Museum. Also very interesting are the Bad Bodenteich Border Museum and the Munster Tank Museum. For fans, a visit to the Stones Fan Museum in Lüchow is also worthwhile. And of course, the heathland landscape is beautiful with the Heath sheep.

Gladly again!
If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature, if you want to breathe fresh air, go for a walk or have adventures with your children in the countryside or in the surrounding area (various parks, games museum, the upside-down house, etc.), this is the place for you.
Mrs. and Mr. Bach are very nice landlords. Before and also during the stay always open for questions and prompt answers.
The flat is equipped with everything. Super clean. Spacious. Shopping facilities are easily accessible by car.
We want to come again! ?

Schöne Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage
Wir waren leider nur für ein Wochenende da (Heide Park mit Kids). Die Ferienwohnung ist klasse ausgestattet (vor allem die Küche hat alles, was man so benötigt) und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich.
Die Lage mitten im "Nirgendwo" ist sehr ruhig, aber mit dem Auto ist der Heide Park oder Soltau schnell zu erreichen. Preis-Leistung einfach top! Sollten wir noch einmal in der Gegend eine Ferienwohnung suchen, würden wir gerne wieder hier buchen.

Ein Ort der Ruhe
Auch in diesem Jahr kommen wir gut erholt aus dem Urlaub in Heber! Die Ruhe hier im Timmerloher Weg 17 ist fantastisch. Da es das letzte Haus am Waldweg ist, fahren hier keine weiteren Autos vorbei. Es gibt keinen Hund der bei jedem Geräusch bellt. Dafür kann man dem Rauschen des Waldes und dem Quaken der Frösche im Teich lauschen. Wie auch im letzten Jahr haben unsere Kinder von Tag zu Tag länger geschlafen!
Die Wohnung ist quasi komplett für einen unkomplizierten Urlaub eingerichtet. TV und Radio, eine komplett eingerichtete Küche (Kühlschrank, Kühltruhe, Backofen, Herd, Kaffeemaschine sogar mit Filtertüten dabei, Salz, Zucker), das Bad im letzten Jahr neu renoviert mit Regendusche, in diesem Jahr neuer Fußboden im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer.
Wer Urlaub mit kleineren Kindern macht, muss an Babybett und Kinderhochstuhl denken. Großer Vorteil: Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig, so dass man sich keine Gedanken machen muss, dass die Kinder fallen könnten! Kleinkinder sollte man nicht allein im Garten spielen lassen, da es einen Teich gibt. Dieser ist zwar eingezäunt, aber man weiß ja nie :o))
Ansonsten ist viel Platz vorhanden. Der Garten ist riesig. Fußballspielen, in der Sonne liegen, .....
Die Umgebung lockt mit tollen Erlebnissen für Groß und Klein: Heidepark, Serengeti-Park, das schiefe Haus, Vogelpark, Ralf Schuhmacher Cart Bahn, viel Natur, Kutschfahrten durch die Heide, Schneverdingen und Soltau, gute Restaurants. Wir haben auch in diesem Jahr wieder nicht alles geschafft, was interessant gewesen wäre.
Alles in allem: Super!
Wir möchten uns noch einmal recht herzlich für den schönen Urlaub bei Moni und Reiner Bach bedanken. Wir wünschen Euch viele nette Gäste!

Ruhepunkt zwischen Hamburg und Hannover
Nette Wohnung, bestens Ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein sehr ruhige Lage, ein Auto is notwendig.
