Situated in the middle of nature, directly at the approx. ha large nature park "Lüneburger Heide", the holiday home (built in 2000) is on the farm property of an old forestry worker's house
The small village of Heber is approx. 1.3 km away and belongs to the Heideblüten town of Schneverdingen.
The cosy little house offers enough space for 2 persons (non-smokers). A covered terrace and covered balcony to the south-west side offers a view of a small pond. TV, radio with CD player are available, as well as a barbecue, deck chairs, garden table with chairs and cushions. The flat consists of a living/dining area on the ground floor with a large table and kitchenette. Upstairs is the sleeping area with two additional seating areas.
In the kitchenette you will find everything you need. And of course a toaster, coffee machine, kettle, microwave with hot air and grill, fridge with freezer compartment and 2-burner Ceran hob.
Aluminium bicycles with 7-speed gears are available and can be used for a fee of 5,00€ per bike/day. If you bring your own bikes, they can be stored in a dry and lockable place.

The house is situated in a very quiet and romantic location, completely away from road noise.
You can cycle from the house over a small road or over field paths into the countryside, just as you like.

The holiday home is located directly on a large forest area in a clearing that borders on one side with fields. A very quiet and relaxing location
The house is located in Schneverdingen, district Heber, district Heidekreis HK
Hamburg, Hanover and Bremen are each approx. 80 km away, Lüneburg Celle and Rotenburg/Wümme approx. 40 km.
The towns of Schneverdingen, Bispingen and Soltau are each km from Heber
In the village (approx. 1.2 km) there is a small grocery shop (fresh bread rolls daily!) and a farm shop (seasonal asparagus, strawberries, blueberries and much more), there is also a restaurant in the village. In summer there is also a small coffee shop with homemade cake in the village. The "Heide-Park Soltau" is about 8 km away, the bird park Walsrode about 30 km and also the wildlife park Niendorf. Wilsede and the Wilsederberg are about 15 km away
The Osterheide and the beautiful Pitzmoor are about 8 km away.

Very quiet and secluded

Those seeking peace are in the right place. The vacation apartment is somewhat secluded but accessible by vehicle. Those with limited mobility may have difficulty reaching the sleeping area. This is accessible via a narrow staircase. Otherwise, nice landlords and above all, peace.

Recommendation

The cottage is in a nice and very quiet location with beautiful and spacious views. Apart from the birds, you don't hear anything at all. There is no light pollution and therefore often a beautiful starry sky can be seen on the last walk with our dog.
The immediate surroundings offer many opportunities for cycling and hiking, but the forest/sand paths must be dry.
There are also plenty of nice things to see in the immediate area.
We really enjoyed a tour of the bizarre house, Iserhatche, in Bispingen and the "Lünerburgerheide" wildlife park.
We had a wonderful week here.
Here you mainly have peace and nature.

Fantastic holiday home for a good rest

The holiday home has an enchanting view of the garden, it is very quiet and relaxing and very well situated for Heath walks. We felt very comfortable and the landlords are very nice! Thank you very much for a wonderful time! We will be very happy to come back!

It was a dream!

We enjoyed the almost two weeks. The accommodation was clean and complete, the landlords very friendly and accommodating hosts. The peace and seclusion made it a pure sleep cure, ideal for cycling down and recovering. Nevertheless, you are quickly on well-signposted cycle paths and can explore the Lüneburg Heath. This was definitely not the last time we stayed in this beautiful holiday home.

How can you describe something when you have no words for such a beautiful place...?

Hello,
my friend, our dog, and I were guests at your place for 14 days.
The house is in a very quiet location, and you can really relax there in peace.
All the equipment you can expect in a house of this (small) size was there.
The owner is really very nice. Thanks again for the eggs, Mrs. Alvermann :-)
The surroundings are also really beautiful.
Heber, Schneverdingen, the Serengeti Park in Hodenhagen, the wildlife park in Nindorf, Lüneburg, Celle, and so on. Conclusion: we will definitely come back. Best regards, Heike Möller and Thomas L.

Einsam und schön

First of all, we really enjoyed the days in this charming house. It is very secluded and quiet. The nearest village with a bakery/grocery store and a restaurant is 3km away, Schneverdingen 10km. The house itself is decorated very tastefully and nicely. Unfortunately, there is only a tiny sink in the bathroom, which makes brushing teeth a bit difficult. Also, there is no wardrobe, although an non-functional sauna can be used as one. Unfortunately, there is no proper bed, only a sofa bed with quite hard edges. Additionally, there are only small, very thin pillows, and no blinds in the sleeping area, which we found somewhat disturbing. Furthermore, it was quite cool in the house, and the heating often didn't get warm. We assume it was automatically turned down. What surprised us the most was that we did not even meet our landlords, despite living in the neighboring house. They did not find it necessary to greet us or inquire if everything was okay. The key was left for us and we were asked to leave it in the same place upon departure. We were instructed to leave the outstanding amount of money in the kitchen cabinet. It was all quite peculiar.

Zunächst möchten wir uns entschuldigen, es tut uns Leid wenn Sie nicht zufrieden mit uns waren.
Für uns als Vermieter ist es nicht einfach einzuschätzen wieviel Privatsphäre unsere Gäste wünschen. Wir entscheiden stets nach unserem Bauchgefühl, da lagen wir wohl bei Ihnen daneben.
Das Heizungsproblem hätte sich ganz schnell beheben lassen, wenn Sie uns ein Zeichen gebeben hätten. Nur so können wir der Sache auf den Grund gehen. Zusätzlich ist das Ferienhaus mit einer Elektroheizung ausgestattet, die Sie selber bedienen können. Ich vermute das Sie das übersehen haben.
Das Problem mit dem Bett haben wir kurzfristig lösen können und sind gespannt auf das Feedback unserer nächsten Gäste.
Es ist ein kleines Ferienhaus, baulich bedingt lässt sich die Größe des Bades leider nicht ändern.
Da die Bedürfnisse eines jeden Gastes unterschiedlich sind, findet man im begehbaren Kleiderschrank eine Auswahl an anderen Kopfkissen.
An die fehlende Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit haben wir gar nicht gedacht, da wir selber ohne schlafen. Deswegen ist Ihr Hinweis doppelt so wichtig, wenn wir das passende gefunden haben werden wir hier etwas ändern.

Der Ablageort für das Geld, bezieht sich lediglich auf die Endreinigung, sofern Sie nicht vorab gebucht wurde, nicht doch auf die Bezahlung für das Ferienhaus. Ich befürchte das haben Sie missverstanden.

Da wir Vollberufstätig sind, deponieren wir den Schlüssel für unsere Gäste, sonst wäre eine Anreise erst am späten Abend möglich. Wir hielten das für eine gute Lösung für beide Parteien.

Vielleicht können Sie auch uns verstehen, dass es auch für uns sehr befremdlich war das wir unsere Gäste nicht einmal verabschieden konnten.

Wir nehmen es als Chace noch besser zu machen.

simply quaint and cozy

Very nice location, quiet and idyllic at the edge of the forest, about 2 km from the village, excellent starting point for cycling in all directions, very friendly and dedicated landlords; the furnishings are sometimes very simple due to structural conditions, so some things may take some getting used to (small sink in the bathroom, a small shelf for utensils may be missing). also helpful and feasible), but overall lovingly and comfortably furnished, which made us feel very comfortable and hopefully not the last time.

Perfect for nature lovers

This small, but very cozy holiday home is ideal for nature lovers, surrounded by fields and forests, you can relax very well. Pure peace. Great paths for cycling or just a leisurely walk. Very nice landlords. This was not our last stay in the beautiful district of Heber.
