Description
WELCOME, spend your holiday in our cosy, modern furnished ground floor apartment with separate entrance. From here it is approx. 200 m to the Reinhardswald and a 15 min. walk to the Bad am Park.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and another with single bed and double sofa bed). The fully equipped kitchen has a dining area for 5 people (Tripp-Trapp chair available), as well as dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. Opposite the kitchen is the large living room with TV and mini stereo and exit to the south/west terrace (electric awning), where you can enjoy the sun until late in the evening. The bathroom has underfloor heating with shower and bathtub (hairdryer).
Even the little ones are welcome! Children's travel cot, high chair, games and bobby car/trampoline can be used. Bicycles can be arranged on request for a fee. WLAN is available free of charge. The windows are equipped with external roller blinds and fly screens. The flat is suitable for allergy sufferers. The beds are already made up on arrival and towels are ready for you (applies from 4 nights). For stays of less than 4 nights, please book a linen package per person (15 euros p.p. bed linen and towels). 14 days booking, please ask for discount.

The apartment is in a quiet location (dead end) in a 2-family house. The Reinhardswald is approx. 200m away, in the village there is a wine shop/restaurant, farm with homemade ice cream and a children's playground. Schöneberg has been a district of the nearby town of Hofgeismar (3km) since 1970.

Great hosts
Very nice, cosy flat, very clean, we didn't want for anything. The Schauer family is very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this apartment.

relaxing holiday
The flat is in a very quiet location, very spacious, tastefully furnished. Everything is exceptionally clean. The separate entrance is also practical. The terrace was sunny until late in the evening. We got to know the Schauer family as helpful and very nice. We would like to come to Schöneberg again.

Quiet and pleasant
I was in Hofgeismar on business and was lucky with the holiday flat! Super equipped and lots of space in all rooms. The nicest thing is the terrace directly at ground level in front of the living room with a view into a small front garden. The landlords were always available and very helpful with any questions.

Great holiday flat
The price-performance ratio of the flat is top. In addition to the stated 95m², there is also the possibility of using a terrace in good weather. If you consider this, it is a bargain
The kitchen is very spacious and with a table and 4 chairs it is also possible to have breakfast/eat in it. The equipment is also great. In addition to the cooker and dishwasher, there are 2 coffee machines (filter & pods), a microwave, a toaster, kettle, etc. for use. There is also plenty of crockery. Opposite is the living room, which is really very large. The furnishings have even been thought of to include board games for dull evenings. Next to it there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. We were afraid that the mattresses might be too soft, but this was not the case. The wardrobes also offer enough space. If there was anything to complain about, the shower in the bathroom could be a bit more spacious and the entrance is not at ground level. However, if you take a step, you have no problems. In addition to the shower, you can alternatively use the bathtub.
The condominium is in a very quiet location. If you love to hear birds chirping in the morning, this is the place for you
We felt very comfortable all around and were well looked after. The Schauer couple always had an open ear for our concerns and wishes
We can recommend the flat to others with a clear conscience.

Totally lovely, nice landlords.
They are very responsive to the tenants' wishes and are really grateful for good tips
There was even a small Christmas tree for our daughter, which made us very happy
