Hello and welcome to our comfortable non-smoking holiday home. Here with us in the "husute" you will find the necessary peace and relaxation from the stress of everyday life
The "husute" in Nessmersiel is a holiday home with a spacious terrace. A private parking space is located directly in front of the house. Through the hallway with guest toilet you enter the friendly living room with open kitchen and dining area. Here we offer a SAT system with TV, radio/CD recorder as well as books and board games for young and old. On the first floor are the two bedrooms and the bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a double bed and baby travel cot. In bedroom 2 there are 2 single beds, 2 children's chairs and a table and a play carpet. Outside on the south-facing terrace you can relax and enjoy the sunny days. 4 garden chairs, a parasol, 2 sun loungers and 1 barbecue provide the necessary relaxation.

The house is located in a holiday home settlement in a quiet location in a play street near the dike. The beach and the harbour for the ferry to Baltrum are approx. 1.7 km away. Children's playground, football field and a small supermarket are within 5 minutes walking distance. For bad weather, there is the Sturmfrei in Nessmersiel with wellness and sauna facilities within a 5-minute walk. Nessmersiel is an ideal starting point for mudflat walks Nessmersiel is a small fishing village

It was very nice! We will come back!
It was a very nice vacation. The house was very well maintained and has everything you need! The location where the house is located is simply perfect. You could reach everything on foot, whether it was to the bakery or just to the playground. Even the house has enough toys for children, whether it was board games or just cars. And what stayed in our memory was the wooden dollhouse! We will definitely come back!

Very beautiful house.
A wonderful house. Very clean and everything available that you need for a vacation. The handover of keys was uncomplicated. We had a great week. The owner informed us about everything important for our vacation via email. Thank you for letting us stay in your house.

Gemütliche saubere Wohnung
We felt very comfortable. The children were happy about the available games. We parents also liked the house. It was clean and had everything you need for a holiday.
5 minutes away is the bakery with a small Edeka supermarket next to it and the playground. This way, the children could quickly go shopping or play on their own.

We will gladly come back.
We can only concur with all previous reviews. We had wonderful, relaxing days in the beautiful Neßmersiel. The holiday home is very cozy and furnished with attention to detail. Our two children (6 and 3 years old) were thrilled with the large selection of games. Even for the garden, there were plenty of toys available. Everything was very clean, and the rental process was friendly, uncomplicated, and flexible. Thank you very much, we would love to come back.
