The house was completely renovated in 2013/2014. The living space is approx. 140.00m².
On the ground floor there is a hallway, a cloakroom, a small bathroom with floor-deep shower, a bedroom, the living room with adjoining conservatory and the dining room with open kitchen. From here and from the conservatory you can access the large garden.
In the attic there are three more bedrooms, the large bathroom with shower and tub and a balcony.
There are three bedrooms with double beds (1 x 1,80m and 2 x 1,60m width) and one bedroom with a single bed (0,90m width).
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooker, high-build oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a toaster, egg boiler, blender, waffle iron and a normal coffee machine and a Senseo coffee machine.
In the living room and in the large bedroom you will find a TV and DVD player. There is also a TV in the bedroom on the ground floor.
In the conservatory there is a selection of books and comfortable reading chairs.
There is a wood-burning stove in the living room for the colder days.
There are two children's high chairs and a baby chair, as well as a travel cot. Furthermore, there are various children's books, audio CDs and games
Garden furniture is available in sufficient quantity, as well as a barbecue.
A washing machine and a dryer are available in the cellar.
The house is designed for 7 persons plus a small child.
The house is a non-smoking house. Pets on request.

Location and surroundings of object
In Tossens, about 11 km away, there is the subtropical Aqua Mundo adventure pool in the Center Park
In Nordenham there is the Störtebeckerbad with a 67m long giant slide. In the next larger town of Nordenham, you can do more errands. There is also a hospital here.
In Fedderwardersiel, about 1.5 km away, there is a small cutter harbour and the fish shop of the Butjadinger Fischereigenossenschaft. The excursion boat MS WEGA II, which is moored in the harbour of Fedderwardersiel, offers various excursion tours. The National Park Museum is also located at the harbour.
A visit to Bremerhaven is always worthwhile. You can reach Bremerhaven in about 20 minutes by ferry from Nordenham-Blexen. Here you will find the very interesting harbour, many museums (such as the Klimahaus, Schiffahrtsmuseum, the Auswanderhaus), the Zoo am Meer with aquarium and the Mediteraneum / Kolumbus Center shopping centre.
In Oldenburg, one of the largest and oldest pedestrian zones invites you to go shopping.
In the further vicinity is the animal and leisure park in Jaderberg. Our holiday home is located on a quiet street between the town centre and the beach in a mature environment. The village centre is about 500 metres away on foot. Here you will find various restaurants, two supermarkets (Edeka and Netto), bakers, banks - in fact all the shops you need for your daily needs. There are several restaurants within walking distance.
The beach (normal and dog beach) is about 700 metres away on foot. Here you will find other leisure activities such as mini-golf, horse riding and bicycle rental. The North Sea lagoon is about 800 metres away on foot. Here you can bathe in original North Sea water on sandy beaches regardless of the tides. The play barn, an indoor playground of approx. m² in size, can be reached on foot in about 500 metres. Burhave is one of the stops on the Tschu-Tschu Butjingen train, which travels through Butjadingen and is very popular with children.

The separate conservatory off the living room offers a retreat for reading and relaxing even in bad weather. The wood-burning stove provides cosiness on cool days.

"Damage"
The house and property itself are very beautiful, and in some places, one can still see a certain love for detail. Unfortunately, the house was quite dilapidated and dirty, and the garden was so overgrown that one could hardly get through the paths around the house. Signs of wear are visible everywhere, and cobwebs hang throughout the house. We had problems with the landlord beforehand; he always claimed that he hadn't received our emails, which is strange since he had received the rental agreement signed by us. The phone number of the lady who was supposed to give us the key was correct, but the lady herself had had a stroke, as her husband informed us. The daughter would take over, and we then received the correct phone number. That was very unpleasant, and we would have expected the landlord to update such matters immediately. We reported the deficiencies on our part to the landlord after our vacation. He said he would take care of it. In the end, we have now been waiting for the refund of the deposit since after the vacation. So almost 2 months. I reminded the landlord by phone 1.5 weeks ago... he said he would take care of it right away. Today I contacted him again. He said the money would go out today. We are curious.
What a shame about the beautiful house!

Caution: Scam with the deposit
The house itself is actually quite beautiful, and the location is great. However, upon arrival, we found the house in a rather dirty condition. The equipment is extensive, but unfortunately mostly of rather poor quality. Additionally, there is a moderate problem with woodlice. Every morning, the upper bathroom was full of these creatures. Electricity and water consumption are charged separately at slightly inflated prices. Before departure, you are given a long list of tasks to complete, including cleaning all rooms and everything that goes with it (why am I paying for an end cleaning if I have to do it myself?).
Unfortunately, the hammer came after departure. Even though we left the house cleaner than we found it and had diligently completed all the requested tasks, our deposit was simply not refunded without any explanation. No reason was given for why the deposit was not returned. Several inquiries in this regard were simply ignored. Just an unbelievable mess.
Therefore, I can't really recommend the house, which is actually a pity because with slightly better service and without the unnecessary rip-off, there would be real potential.

Sehr schönes Haus
The house is located near the beach and close to shopping facilities. The dogs felt very comfortable, there were even amenities for the dogs, and we were welcomed with treats. We will come back.

Very satisfied
This was our second time in the accommodation. Grandma Grandpa three adults and two children. Enough space for everyone to meet their needs. Shopping facilities within 5 min walking distance. We will come again next year

A gift for large families!!
The house is one of many that are embedded in the typical style of the North Sea. The house certainly served a family for many years, and as the children grew up, they all moved out. So the house appears. Everything is still there that you need. Very cozy, very bright, and fresh. It was just incredibly dirty. I found so many dirty spots that I could certainly upload more than 30 pictures. Starting with dirty dishes in the cabinets. We arrived and received a very brief explanation from the caretaker, mentioning that water and electricity would be charged separately at the end. The caretaker also insisted on immediate payment for cleaning. However, we had to wash the dishes first because they were so dirty (hello water costs). The stairs were dirty, spiders everywhere, wasps in the garden, and the kitchen smelled bad (not clear where it came from). Wallpaper peeling off directly above the child's bed. It looks like there was significant water damage. In some places, you can even see chewed wood and water stains on the ceiling. But yes, the house itself is great, and if you use all the bedrooms, it's super cheap and definitely a bargain and WORTH it. But with this kind of cleaning, it won't stay that way for long. Since the manager also demands that everything be left broom clean, I wonder what she does then? When we arrived, I immediately saw the thick dust clouds at the entrance on the stairs and the crumbs of sand on the stairs. I don't want to explain the basement. It remained locked. However, yes, as I said, the house itself and the things inside are really great when you arrive as a large group and the cost is divided among each person, then it's a great bargain! The landlord is also very nice.
