The holiday home Villa Lion's Garden is a modern but cosily furnished holiday accommodation for 6 persons.
Outdoor area:
The house has a spacious garden with a boat dock with access to the Gulf of Mexico (via salt water channel). Due to the southern exposure you have sun all day long on the spacious terrace. The terrace is equipped with a large dining table for social gatherings as well as numerous sun loungers. A highlight is the integrated lounge area with comfortable seating.
Rooms:
The living area is divided into 2 large open "living rooms", from which you can access the open kitchen from both sides. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary electrical appliances and has a practical hatch to the terrace.
There is a flatscreen TV in both living areas and in the master bedroom.

The house is located in a quiet side street to Santa Barbara Boulevard. The connection to a saltwater canal allows you to reach the Gulf of Mexico by boat in about 20 minutes. The location is central and you can reach supermarkets (Walmarkt or Publix) by car in just a few minutes. The beautiful beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island are also only a few miles away from the house. Cape Coral is located right next to Fort Myers on the west coast of Florida. The city has long been a popular and well-known destination for Europeans. You can reach popular destinations like Miami ( Miami Beach), amusement parks in Orlando ( Disney World) or the swamps of the Everglades within a few hours by car. Cape Coral is considered a very popular holiday destination for Europeans. The city in southwest Florida, directly on the Gulf of Mexico, has a lot to offer: Besides numerous golf courses and parks, Cape Coral has its own small beach with fishing pier. Enjoy dreamlike sunsets on the river or linger in one of the numerous seafood restaurants. Live music events are held regularly at Cape Harbour, which also offers the opportunity to shop or meet for dinner ( RumRunners with boat dock). Sunsplash Waterpark is the place to be for water lovers. Spend a day with the whole family in one of the most beautiful water parks directly in Cape Coral. Dolphin lovers take a boat tour through the Cape Coral canals out to sea to see dolphins and manatees up close.
