Wonderful
We have been there twice now, both times in August, and it is exactly as described, or even better.
Facilities: Simple but clean, everything you need plus washing machine and dishwasher!
Landlady:So nice and obliging!Everything is always there,more than enough towels and bed linen!She cares lovingly!
Location:A dream!Shaded garden right on the beach with daily sunset.5 min walk into the delightful village,heading north there is only more pavement along the campsites (walking distance!).
Special features:The landlady lives in the back part of the house,separated by a wall in the living room.This does not bother at all,because she is very unobtrusive and uncomplicated and needs her own peace and quiet when she comes home from work in the evening. She walks through her own garden.everything is fine!
You have to reckon with scorpions and creepy-crawlies, but they haven't done anything to us :-)
Air conditioning in the bedroom!
The beach in front of the house is very busy, but that doesn't bother you if you are in your own garden and not shy of people.
And Ivan Šugar from Bonsai is also very nice!
If you can do without fancy luxuries and are looking for a place where you have the feeling of being at home by the sea, the cottage is just right!
We are looking forward to next summer!

Dream location with some flaws
First the positive: The apartment has a dream location! Right on the sea - really beautiful!
We left early due to scorpions, centipedes, and other insects (were on vacation with a toddler). The description states that there is a playground as part of the outdoor equipment - this is not present. Additionally, the description mentions a tiled stove in the house - this is also not there - there was only a poorly heating electric heater. Another shortcoming is that the advertisement talks about a HOLIDAY HOME - in reality, it is an apartment, as the landlady and her son live in the same house - separated only by a "chipboard." However, I must say that the landlady was extremely nice!
Regarding the Bonsai tourist agency, I can say that the staff were very nice and helpful. Except for one instance when we complained about the insects, that we are not in the 5-star Hotel Sacher here.
