Wonderful
We have been there twice now, both times in August, and it is exactly as described, or even better.
Facilities: Simple but clean, everything you need plus washing machine and dishwasher!
Landlady:So nice and obliging!Everything is always there,more than enough towels and bed linen!She cares lovingly!
Location:A dream!Shaded garden right on the beach with daily sunset.5 min walk into the delightful village,heading north there is only more pavement along the campsites (walking distance!).
Special features:The landlady lives in the back part of the house,separated by a wall in the living room.This does not bother at all,because she is very unobtrusive and uncomplicated and needs her own peace and quiet when she comes home from work in the evening. She walks through her own garden.everything is fine!
You have to reckon with scorpions and creepy-crawlies, but they haven't done anything to us :-)
Air conditioning in the bedroom!
The beach in front of the house is very busy, but that doesn't bother you if you are in your own garden and not shy of people.
And Ivan Šugar from Bonsai is also very nice!
If you can do without fancy luxuries and are looking for a place where you have the feeling of being at home by the sea, the cottage is just right!
We are looking forward to next summer!

Dream location with some flaws
First the positive: The apartment has a dream location! Right on the sea - really beautiful!
We left early due to scorpions, centipedes, and other insects (were on vacation with a toddler). The description states that there is a playground as part of the outdoor equipment - this is not present. Additionally, the description mentions a tiled stove in the house - this is also not there - there was only a poorly heating electric heater. Another shortcoming is that the advertisement talks about a HOLIDAY HOME - in reality, it is an apartment, as the landlady and her son live in the same house - separated only by a "chipboard." However, I must say that the landlady was extremely nice!
Regarding the Bonsai tourist agency, I can say that the staff were very nice and helpful. Except for one instance when we complained about the insects, that we are not in the 5-star Hotel Sacher here.

Ausstattung:Schlicht,aber sauber,alles was man braucht plus Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler!
Vermieterin:So nett und zuvorkommend!Es ist immer alles da,mehr als genug Handtücher und Bettwäsche!Sie kümmert sich liebevoll!
Lage:Ein Traum!Beschatteter Garten direkt am Strand mit täglichem Sonnenuntergang.5 Min zu Fuß in den entzückenden Ort,Richtung Norden befindet sich nur mehr der Gehweg entlang der Campingplätze (Laufstrecke!).
Besonderheiten:Die Vermieterin wohnt im hinteren Teil des Hauses,getrennt durch eine Wand im Wohnzimmer.Das stört überhaupt nicht,weil sie sehr unaufdringlich und unkompliziert ist und ja auch selbst ihre Ruhe braucht,wenn sie abends von der Arbeit kommt. Sie geht durch einen eigenen Garten.Alles bestens!
Mit Skorpionen und Viefüßlern muss man rechnen.Uns haben sie nichts getan:-)
Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer vorhanden!
Am Strand davor ist natürlich einiges los,was aber nicht stört,wenn man im eigenen Garten und nicht menschenscheu ist.
Und Ivan Šugar von Bonsai ist auch sehr nett!
Wenn man auf schnicken Luxus verzichten kann und nach einem Ort sucht,an dem man das Gefühl hat,am Meer zu Hause zu sein, ist das Häuschen genau das Richtige!

Wir sind aufgrund von Skorpionen, Hundertfüßlern und anderen Insekten frühzeitig abgereist (waren mit Kleinkind auf Urlaub). In der Beschreibung steht dass zur Außenausstattung ein Kinderspielplatz gehört – dieser ist nicht vorhanden. Zudem steht in der Beschreibung, dass es einen Kachelofen im Haus gibt – auch dieser ist nicht vorhanden – es gab lediglich eine schlecht heizende Stromheizung. Ein weiterer Mangel ist, dass die Anzeige von einem FERIENHAUS spricht – in Wirklichkeit handelt es sich um ein Apartment, da die Vermieterin und ihr Sohn im selben Haus wohnen – abgetrennt lediglich durch eine „Spanplatte“. Ich muss aber dazu sagen, dass die Vermietern außerordentlich nett war!
Zur Touristenagentur Bonsai kann ich sagen, dass die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und hilfsbereit waren. Bis auf die Ausnahme als wir uns wegen der Insekten beschwert haben, dass wir hier nicht im 5 Sterne Hotel Sacher sind....
