Our country houses Helga and Richard
... are two independent, separate holiday houses with 130 sqm each and are ideal for families from 2 to 6 persons. They are situated directly next to each other and can therefore also be used for extended families or friend meetings for up to 12 people.
They offer a wonderful view of the spacious meadows, the Settin lake and the untouched nature. The lake can be reached in three minutes.
Haus Helga and Haus Richard are very bright and friendly, as the floor to ceiling windows flood the rooms with plenty of daylight and sunshine. The furnishing itself is of high quality and stylistically classically rural. The inviting terraces on the south side are fully equipped with garden furniture.
On the ground floor there is a spacious entrance area with wardrobe, visitor toilet and storage room, as well as a fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave and Nespresso automat.
The largest part of the ground floor is occupied by the spacious dining and living room, whereby the dining area is connected to the kitchen via a practical hatch. Here are beside the dining table with 6 chairs also sofa and armchair, a fireplace, a TV set and a stereo system. We gladly have enough firewood in stock for cosy evenings!
In addition, the houses on the ground floor are equipped with terracotta tiles, an easy-care floor with underfloor heating for comfortable evenings.
On the upper floor there are two separate bathrooms (WC+shower / WC+tub) and three double bedrooms. Each of the comfortable bedrooms is equipped with armchair, wardrobe and hairdryer.
We will spoil you individually - if you wish! We want you to start your holiday with relaxation!

All houses are private houses from Gut Settin am See! The country houses Helga and Richard are two of eight holiday houses belonging to the "Resort Gut Settin am See".
They are embedded in a wonderful, untouched nature. The clear lakes, the lush forests are typical for the Mecklenburg landscape and radiate tranquillity - one has the feeling that time has stood still here.
You can reach us very well via the A24, A20 and A14 and Schwerin is only about 20 minutes away.
Settin is a district of Tramm/Göhren.

For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
