This holiday home is located in a prime lakeside location on a spacious plot of land and offers a high level of living comfort. The unobstructed view of the lake from the terrace and from the house will immediately make you forget about everyday life. On 115 m², up to 6 people + toddler have enough free space. With great attention to detail, all rooms offer a very special charm.
You can expect a modern and stylishly furnished house, with a large living area + fireplace corner, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with double bed, a full bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, a guest bathroom and a hallway. Entertainment is provided by a large satellite TV and free Wi-Fi.
From the living area you can access the large terrace. With a fantastic view of the lake, you can relax wonderfully, sunbathe, enjoy a delicious meal or enjoy being together. The large property invites you to play and offers plenty of private space. Directly adjacent to the property is access to the house's own jetty. This is only used by you and the neighbouring holiday home. Jump directly into the lake from here, cast your fishing line, enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine or simply read a book. This unique place will give you your own personal holiday feeling. A free rowing boat (shared with the neighbouring house) is at your disposal for discovery tours at the jetty. 2 parking spaces directly in front of the house and the fully fenced plot offer additional comfort and security.

The place
Göhren-Settin is a small, tranquil village directly on Lake Settin. The village is located in the beautiful forest and meadow area of the Lewitz and offers nature lovers the best conditions for cycling, hiking, jogging and boating. Nature seems almost limitless here and animals such as eagles, beavers and cranes are often encountered. The village also offers you a public bathing area with a sunbathing lawn, a bus stop and a playground. The absolutely quiet location offers you a high recreational value. Nevertheless, you don't have to do without anything because of the proximity to numerous towns and villages.
Leisure and excursions
You can reach the state capital Schwerin in about 15 minutes by car. The city offers a wide range of leisure activities. These include all the museums, zoo, climbing forest, TV tower, cinema, shopping centres, indoor playground, trampoline hall, indoor swimming pool and more. We can highly recommend a visit to Schwerin Castle, which is one of the most beautiful in Germany, and a boat trip with the White Fleet across the Schwerin Lakes. The beautiful beaches of the Baltic Sea and the island of Poel can be reached in about 1 hour by car.

Beautiful, tastefully furnished house with a splendid lake view.
Upon our arrival, we found a perfectly cleaned holiday house. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired; charcoal grill, garden furniture, large umbrella, life jackets for adults and children.
A rowing boat is available for both houses, and coordinating, even if everyone wants to go fishing, should not be a problem. Fishing is also possible from the boat dock belonging to the property. The 10-minute drive to Crivitz is ideal for shopping.

Wonderful lake view in a dreamlike property
The distances to the bakery and restaurant require some logistical skill, but can easily be compensated for in the well-equipped bungalow.
A second rowing boat would be ideal. With two families of anglers, there are inevitably problems with boat usage. But overall a very successful vacation - gladly again!

A great family holiday
If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. The holiday home is located in a small village and lies directly on the lake. You can go fishing on the jetty and enjoy the view.
In the holiday home itself, we wanted for nothing. Everything you need is there. The furnishings are very modern and chic. We felt completely at home and can highly recommend it to everyone

Holidays in the countryside
A very beautiful house in a quiet location directly on the lake that makes anglers' hearts beat faster. Unfortunately, the fish had other plans. The house itself was very clean and lacked nothing. We felt very comfortable. It takes 20 minutes by car to get to Schwerin, where there are great activities for families. Schwerin Castle is also worth a visit and Lake Schwerin is a great place to cool off. All in all, a very relaxing holiday.

vielen Dank für das Feedback. Die Zufriedenheit unserer Gäste liegt uns am Herzen. Zu den genannten Punkten kann ich Ihnen folgendes mitteilen:
Die Sender waren wohl nicht sortiert. Die digitalen Sender lagen sehr weit hinten. Sehr wahrscheinlich wurde mal von Gästen ein neuer Sendersuchlauf gestartet. Wir werden nun die gängigsten Sender in Reihenfolge ganz vorn speichern. Eine HD- Karte ist dann nicht notwendig. Herr Olschewski (Hausmeister) hätte auch während des Aufenthaltes Abhilfe schaffen können. Die Telefonnummer liegt im Haus aus und er war auch 1-2 mal vor Ort.
Spiele hatten wir bewusst keine hinterlegt aber wird werden wir jeweils eine Spielebox und Karten bereit legen.
Ich hoffe, dass Sie eine schöne Zeit am Settiner See hatten und sich gut erholen konnten.

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen. Leider war die Markise nicht mehr nutzbar. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt . Der Hausmeister war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Tolle Unterkunft, stilvoll eingerichtet, auch mit Filterkaffeemaschine ?. Das Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss ist mit keiner Tür verschlossen, wenn man darauf Wert legen sollte zwecks Geräuschkulisse im Haus.

Perfekte zum Ausspannen
Ein tolles, großes Grundstück direkt am See. Wir hatten als Familien beide Häuser angemietet und waren völlig begeistert. Alle fühlten sich sofort wohl und Willkommen. Die Küchen waren super ausgestattet mit neuester Technik. Das Grundstück ist gepflegt und bei Problemen ist der Service vor Ort umgehend zur Stelle. Vielen Dank noch einmal. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Wunderschönes familienfreundliches Ferienhaus am See
Wir fühlten uns sehr gut angenommen. Gerade mit Kind mit Auffälligskeitsfaktor durch eine Erkrankung sehr guter Ort. Man konnte die Ruhe genießen und war für sich im kleinen Ort. Gestaltet war das Haus wirklich gemütlich und stilvoll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke für den schönen Urlaub.

Großzügig, neu ausgestattet und toller Service
Danke für eine Woche in einem neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus.
Es hat uns sehr gefallen und ein paar Problemchen mit der neuen hochwertigen Einrichtung wurden sofort behoben. Professionelle Verwaltung wie man sie sich besser nicht wünschen kann.
Die Lage am See ist traumhaft und ruhig, mit dem Auto ( das braucht man ) ist Schwerin in 15 min gur zu erreichen.
Nebenbemerkung : Auch das langsame (Schuko-Steckdose) Zwischenladen unseres Teslas war kein Problem. Man hätte es aber vorher absprechen sollen. Sorry und danke.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit Steg und Boot
Das Ferienhaus ist großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Zum Entspannen genau das Richtige. Der Weg zum Steg ein Katzensprung... Ideal für Angler. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und eingezäunt. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

hervorragende, moderne und großzügige Anlage in traumhafter Lage
Wir haben einen herrlichen Urlaub in traumhafter Natur verbracht. Ruhige Lage, riesiges Anwesen und sehr moderne und geschmackvolle Einrichtung in sehr guten und sauberen Zustand, die keine Wünsche offen lässt, sogar großer Gefrierschrank, Trockner, Waschmaschine und modernes TV-Gerät vorhanden. Die Garage ist leider nicht als Stellplatz nutzbar, da teilweise als Lagerraum abgesperrt. Die defekte Markise haben wir leider auch vermisst bei direkter Sonneneinstrahlung über Mittag.

vielen Dank für das positive Feedback. Es freut uns, dass Sie einen schönen Urlaub hatten und Ihnen das Haus gefallen hat. Es ist richtig, dass die Garage und Markise nicht zum Mietangebot gehören. Wir haben diese daher auch nicht in die Angebotsbeschreibung aufgenommen. Die Garage dient als Lagerraum für den Hausmeister und die Reinigungsfirma. Die Markise ist sehr windanfällig und wurde deshalb außer Betrieb gesetzt. Den Gästen steht eine großer Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung. Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus ausreichend vorhanden.
