Description
A bright, light-flooded flat (approx. 40 sqm, non-smoking) for 2 people, with panoramic windows and a large terrace for romantic sunsets in the evening. Here you can enjoy the unobstructed view of unspoilt nature. Let yourself be enchanted by the singing of the birds and observe rarer species, with a little luck you can also watch the flying skills of the pair of sea eagles from the Nonnensee.
The flat is modernly furnished and has a kitchenette with a 2-burner ceramic hob, fridge with ice compartment, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. All appliances are new and in best condition. A barbecue is at your disposal on the terrace.
Led flat screen TV with satellite connection and radio alarm clock provide entertainment. Generous storage space and a cosy atmosphere complete the overall picture. With underfloor heating, you can feel comfortable here all year round.
Of course you will receive bedding, towels and a floor mat for the bathroom from us. Beach towels are not included.

Location and surroundings of object
The newly built house is detached in an idyllic, unspoilt location with a wonderful wide view, panoramic windows and a large terrace. Here you can enjoy our unspoilt nature. Experience spectacular sunsets undisturbed on your terrace, watch all kinds of birds and, with a little luck, the flying skills of the pair of sea eagles from the Nonnensee. Admire the acrobatic flying skills of the swallows. With a little perseverance, you can also watch bats silently fluttering around the street lamps at night. Switching off and forgetting everyday life is easy here. In the midst of our beautiful nature in Patzig, in the heart of the island of Rügen, you can relax in your holiday flat or on the spacious terrace and listen to the chirping of the birds or watch the deer. You can experience wonderful sunsets and listen to the crickets chirping.
In fact, you can't hear much else here in Patzig, because we are away from the usual hustle and bustle of the roads and this is the ideal place for tours by bike, for hiking or for joyrides by car.
The famous Störtebeker Festival, which takes place every year from June to September, is only about 3 kilometres away and you can reach the large Baltic Sea beaches in 15-20 minutes by car. Worth seeing is the tumulus field of Patzig, which is the largest in northern Germany with 13 tumuli. There is also the mill museum, as well as the Sankt Margareten church, a Gothic hall church from the 15th century, which houses the oldest baptismal font on Rügen.
In Ralswiek and Bergen auf Rügen (approx. 5 minutes by car) you will find restaurants and shopping facilities.
In Patzig, 2 small village shops await you for your daily needs.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. Should a travel ban be imposed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the above cancellation terms will be null and void. Any paid amounts will be refunded.
