Look forward to your holiday in an old farmhouse in Lübstorf on Lake Schwerin.
On the 145 sqm living space on the ground floor, the rooms, which were renovated in 2021, provide a pleasant living climate throughout the year with the charm of their tiled stoves and the still original clay-covered ceilings. The use of the fireplace stove in the cool season is possible after instruction.
5 rooms with kitchen and bathroom offer enough space for a relaxing holiday in the heart of Mecklenburg.
There are 3 separate bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with single bed, as well as a high-quality extra bed possible), a living room with adjoining veranda, a master bedroom, a spacious kitchen and a bathroom.
The large car park is directly at the house. On the terrace you will find garden furniture and you have the possibility to barbecue.

The accommodation is located at Alte Dorfstrasse 69 in 19069 Lübstorf on the beautiful Schwerin Lake.
Lübstorf has very good shopping facilities directly in the village. In addition to a post office, Lübstorf also has its own railway station (approx. 900 m from the holiday home), as well as the possibility of using our bus line directly to the city of Schwerin. And if, contrary to expectations, you should ever need medical help, you can get it quickly at our pharmacy, at the dentist's or at a super doctor's practice on site.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 7 days before the arrival date.
You will receive the booking amount minus a cancellation fee of 25% of the travel price for cancellations up to 4 weeks before the start of the trip, 50% of the travel price for cancellations up to 2 weeks, and 75% of the travel price for cancellations from 2 weeks before the start of the trip. For cancellations up to 1 week or later before the start of the trip, the entire travel price is due. We are happy to offer you an individual solution to book at a different time or similar. Cancellations that are due to government-imposed travel restrictions (risk areas, development of incidence rates) are of course accepted without cancellation fees, for the safety of our guests.

Our holiday home is available to you without restriction all year round (gas central heating).
The gas consumption is charged at 23.9 cents/Kwh at cost price.
The rental price already includes the costs for electricity, water, bed linen and dish towels etc.. You are welcome to bring your own towels or get some on site. The set (1 large towel + large shower towel each) is available for €3.50/person.
A washing machine is also available. If you rent for a longer period, the bed linen will be changed as a matter of course.
Additional blankets or pillows, if you like also in 80x40 (instead of the "big" 80x80, depending on your sleeping habits) are also available. An iron and other electrical appliances are of course standard.

Kudos to the landlords and the house....
The house is wonderfully situated, as described close to the hiking trail around Lake Schwerin, about 20 km to Wismar and 12 km to Schwerin.
The landlords made every effort to fulfil our wishes
However, the internet description should be revised, because neither the TV in the bedroom nor the described freezer compartment were available. There was a remedy for the freezer compartment, the missing TV was not really missing. On the other hand, there was firewood and a hairdryer from the landlords in addition
The house offers good space for 4 people. For a longer winter stay, the heating costs, which have to be paid separately, should definitely be taken into account. For us per day 15 €.
Overall, we can recommend the house with a clear conscience
