La Chonchiglia d'Oro is an exceptionally beautiful house with sophisticated and modern furnishings that you rarely find by the sea!
In the middle of the typical pineta of Principina al Mare and only 750 m from the beach, our holiday home La Chonchiglia d'Oro is located in a quiet residential area and surrounded by a beautiful garden!
The Villetta is the left part of a semi-detached house - but with completely private area and access!
Typical of most houses in Principina, the apartment is on the mezzanine floor - accessible via some steps and via the veranda!

The veranda has a sunroof and is a wonderful place for breakfast and al fresco meals.
The apartment is spread over two floors. On the lower floor there is a spacious open plan living area with dining area, a modern kitchen and a guest toilet.
An elegant open staircase leads to the upper floor with the sleeping area. Two bedrooms with double beds, a bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms with shower offer a comfortable stay for six people here!

A few meters from the house is a small utility room with washing machine and a garden barbecue.
The well-kept garden is completely fenced. A car parking space is located within the property!
