ALL NEW,
Hot tub to relax and enjoy whether in winter or summer
The hot tub, in the garden, is heated with wood to a pleasant temperature.
Our 5-star wooden chalet has approx. 120 m² of living space and is suitable for 2 - 8 people. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating (in the entire house), a large living area and is located in the middle of green meadows. The entire furnishing was made by carpenters, nothing is "off the peg". The wooden chalet has a very pleasant indoor climate due to the use of a lot of wood and natural materials, we built it this way to give the residents a relaxed and cosy holiday in the Bavarian Forest.
There is wi-fi for you throughout the house (for a fee).
On the ground floor there is:
- A large living area with tiled stove, dining table with corner bench, leather couch, TV and the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, toaster, microwave, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, )
- Bedroom with bunk bed
- An extra bathroom with WC and walk-in shower
On the upper floor there are:
- Three beautiful bedrooms (each with a double bed), two of which have access to a balcony with views of our beautiful surroundings
- A spacious bathroom with two sinks, WC and a large walk-in shower
A house to yourself, with plenty of peace to relax and feel good, everything you need for a successful holiday.

Location and surroundings of object
Our exclusive wooden chalet is situated in an idyllic, quiet location on the outskirts of the small village of Kaikenried. The village lies in the heart of the Bavarian Forest Nature Park between Regen, Bodenmais and Viechtach and is the centre of a very well-developed network of hiking trails. The easy-to-walk paths lead you to the idyllically situated river "Schwarzer Regen", on which boat trips can also be made. On the hikes along the mountain ridges you can enjoy the wonderful view of the Großer Arber and the Geißkopf. Cyclists are also well catered for here, with well-maintained cycle paths in the immediate vicinity, including the cycle path along the Regen from Regensburg to Passau. The town of Bodenmais with the Silberberg and the Großer Arber are only a 15-minute drive away. The internationally renowned Bavarian Forest National Park with its ancient, untouched primeval forests is also only a quarter of an hour's drive away. Kaikenried is a small, tranquil village in the heart of the Bavarian Forest (near Bodenmais). The surrounding area offers many meadows, forests and mountains. Pure nature!

Cancellation terms:
"For a cancellation up to and including the 46th day before the agreed rental start date, 25% of the travel price is charged. For a cancellation from the 45th to the 36th day inclusive before the agreed rental start date, 50% of the travel price is charged. For a cancellation from the 25th to the 7th day inclusive before the agreed rental start date, 80% of the travel price is charged. In case of a later cancellation or if the trip is not commenced, 90% of the travel price is charged."

For parents, we have a large wellness area with sauna, whirlpool and stream. This can be rented for a fee
For the children we offer an adventure play barn for playing and romping, children's playground with swing, seesaw and sandpit, ropeway, children's vehicles, table football and table tennis. As well as a large play area for football, badminton and all outdoor children's games.
In addition, campfire and baked bread (depending on the weather).
We are happy to provide a cot and high chair on request.

Everything you need for relaxation
Quietly situated, with a beautiful view. A feel-good house with everything you need. The baker comes in the morning and brings delicious bread. Very friendly landlady. Nice sauna.

We and our little mice would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the great accommodation!!!We really enjoyed our time with you:)Fresh air,huge fields where the children can play,playground,the forest nearby,swimming pool and your animals have enchanted us!

Great vacation in a very nice accommodation.
We spent a wonderful week in Tom's cabin with two families!
The Kilger family is extremely concerned about the well-being of their guests. The house is very cozy, the kids had a lot of fun with the animals, and an absolute highlight is the hot tub!!! Especially when it's cold outside and best of all during sunset. Pure relaxation!!! We highly recommend the farm.
