Large holiday flat in the Bavarian Forest

Enjoy the idyllic, quiet location of our house in the middle of nature.
It is located approx. 1 km outside the holiday resort Kaikenried, surrounded by meadows and forests, without any traffic noise. The house offers the ideal place to relax, but also for children to play at any time of the year.
The sunbathing and fruit tree meadow invites you to sunbathe, relax and play. A small playground with a house on stilts, sandpit, slide and swings for the youngest are located next to the house.
A charcoal grill is available as well as a fireplace with a large swivel grill for cosy campfire rounds. Animals on the disused farm currently include our pet cat Sunny. Next door you can watch the deer in a large deer enclosure.
The non-smoking flat is a cosy, bright ground floor flat of approx. 100 sqm with 7 fixed beds (including 1 bunk bed).
It has its own separate entrance and its own large, partly covered terrace, which offers an unobstructed view of the beautiful surroundings.
The 8 rooms are divided as follows: centrally accessible anteroom, eat-in kitchen fully equipped, living room with wood-burning stove, 3 bedrooms (including 1 single room), bathroom with washing machine, shower and bathtub, separate WC.
Equipped with hairdryer, clothes horse, iron, ironing board, high chair, fly screen.
Available are: Hiking and cycling maps, information folder with many excursion destinations, leisure activities, museums, parks, hiking tours etc., garden furniture and sun loungers, parasol, children's vehicles, handcart, kettcar, pedal tractor, toys, games for young and old, toboggan, bobsleigh, 3 bicycles, parking at the house.

Here you can leave the stress of everyday life behind and enjoy nature.
We have been coming to the Hamberger holiday home for several years now. The spacious and very well-maintained flat, as well as your hospitality, has convinced us. Here you can leave the stress of everyday life behind and enjoy nature. For the children, you have created a true paradise with the playground next to the house. The barbecue area and the many places to sit and lie down round off the view of nature. There are countless hiking trails that start directly from the flat. Many sights and excursion destinations for young and old are very easy to reach. We look forward to seeing you again.

We can only recommend it!
We spent Christmas and New Year's Eve with our two children and my sister with family in the holiday flat. We can only recommend it. We felt as comfortable as at home. The Hambergers were there at all times and were really nice. It is really recommended for families with children, playground directly at the house. Due to the slightly secluded location, you don't have to be afraid to let your kids play outside because of cars. There are lots of places to visit in the area. Our kids and we were thrilled. We will go back anytime for a holiday :-)

Wunderbar erholsamer Urlaub mit Familie
Wir (2 Erwachsene, drei kleine Kinder) hatten einen wunderbaren, erholsamen Urlaub im Ferienhaus Hamberger. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Sie ist idyllisch gelegen und hat direkt am Haus einen kleinen Spielplatz. Man kann die Kinder bedenkenlos draußen spielen lassen, die einzige Straße führt zur Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieter sind sehr entgegenkommend und auf das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste bedacht. Wir würden jederzeit dort wieder Urlaub machen.

shopping facilities: Die Ferienwohnung ist ländlich gelegen. Das trägt ungemein zu ihrem Charme bei. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es daher nur begrenzt, im 10 min. entfernten Viechtach gibt es allerdings alles, was man braucht.
