We invite you to stay in our comfortably equipped and conveniently furnished holiday flat. It is suitable for a stay for up to 4 people.

The quietly located flat is on the 1st floor of the Bellevue holiday apartment complex on the slope of the Glienberg in Zinnowitz. It has been completely renovated and newly furnished. In spring 2020, the bathroom was completely re-tiled and equipped with a walk-in shower.

Location and surroundings of object

The flat is on the 1st floor of the Bellevue holiday complex in Zinnowitz on the island of Usedom, on the slope of the Glienberg.
The balcony faces south-east. This ensures that the sun shines on it most of the day from sunrise until early afternoon.

The street in front of the house has little traffic (no through road).

You can reach important destinations on foot in various directions in about 10 minutes:

- It takes 12 minutes to reach the centre of Zinnowitz (Neue Strandstraße), and a few minutes longer to reach the pier or the Bernsteintherme.

- The new sailing harbour on the Achterwasser can be reached in about 10 minutes via a small path that starts right next to the Bellevue complex and runs along the edge of a pine grove.

- The quickest way to get directly to the beach from the flat is a 12-minute walk through a beautiful beech forest on the edge of the Glienberg.

If you arrive by train, you can reach the Bellevue holiday complex on foot from the station in about 15 minutes.
In Zinnowitz you are provided with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. This does not only mean the rich and varied range of groceries at the numerous retailers and discounters of the village and the food and drink offer satisfying every taste in the restaurants of the village, but also an extensive leisure and cultural offer.
If the season or the current weather does not invite you to swim in the Baltic Sea, the Bernsteintherme offers more than just a substitute with its spacious indoor pool and sauna facilities.
Zinnowitz not only has a small but fine cinema with an always up-to-date range of films, but also its own theatre stage, the "Blechbüchse", which is also used for children's shows and guest performances.
You can explore the underwater world of the Baltic Sea with the diving gondola at the Zinnowitz pier.
In addition to the attractions on site, the nearer and wider surroundings offer such a variety of possibilities that no one need be bored on their holiday here.
