A beautiful apartment about 4 years old
The apartment is furnished according to the standards. The location is great, beach approx. 350 m, bakery approx. 250 m. The apartment has roller blinds on all the windows, which is unfortunately not standard on the Baltic Sea. The balcony could be a bit bigger. I wouldn't want to buy the flat because of the building's art, 17 stone walls and 9 external insulation. But it still passes as a holiday home. When we arrived, the apartment had some defects. After a telephone call to the accommodation agency, the owners contacted us. They took note of the deficiencies and, as far as I know, they have already been remedied. Unfortunately, there are contemporaries who damage the wallpaper with a chair. The room service in Bad Doberan was short-tempered and slightly annoyed on the phone. If you do a job like this, you should pinch yourself. The fewo has a washing machine, which is great. We found after a week but unfortunately a Tschirrt in this before, so this smelled musty. Washing was OK.
