The 72 sqm wooden house has a living-dining area on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room. In the attic there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds and a small desk. In one of these rooms there is also a cot. The house is especially equipped for families with small children. It has a spacious, covered entrance terrace and a sheltered seating area as well as a quiet lawn behind the house.

Our holiday home is located in a small, tranquil holiday village on the Glammsee lake near Warin at the north-western end of the Mecklenburg Lake District amidst beech forests. Warin is located between Schwerin and Wismar and is part of the Sternberger Seenland. It lies between the Glammsee and the Großer Wariner See lakes. These form the north-western edge of the Mecklenburg Lake District. There is no mass tourism here. Vast landscapes, magnificent lakes and wonderful avenues characterise an interesting holiday landscape. In the Warin Nature Park there is an extensive network of cycling and hiking trails and well over a dozen lakes of various sizes within a radius of a few kilometres, inviting you to fish and swim. The Baltic Sea and the bathing beaches on the island of Poel are only 30 minutes away by car. The sights of Schwerin (old town and castle), Wismar (World Heritage Site), Güstrow (Barlach town) and Rostock as well as the Baltic Sea resorts of Boltenhagen, Kühlungsborn and Warnemünde can be reached by car in 30 to 60 minutes. In the centre of Warin (approx. 1 km walk) you will find several restaurants, doctors of various specialities as well as supermarkets and other shopping facilities and a bicycle rental.

Holiday for people and dogs
We spent 1 week in this very beautiful and pretty holiday home, it had everything we needed and we didn't have to worry about anything except groceries. Very good shopping opportunities nearby and quick. If you are looking for peace, nature, and water, this is the right place, everything is available including a canoe. Tip: definitely try out Tönisbach, an idyllic place that must be seen, and then end the evening on the beautiful terrace, what more could you want? Enjoy the next morning with breakfast on the front of the house, perfect for us and our dog, a dream holiday home from Mr. [name]. "Engel receives a full 5 stars from us."
