A particularly beautiful and newly built apartment we can recommend the apartment "NARDONE" here. The apartment is located in the center of PULA close to shopping and Piazza, good restaurants and bars. Nevertheless, in a quiet position, since in a side street. On 120 square meters on the upper floor - of living in the house hospitable owner - there are 2 bedrooms with double beds. Large bathroom with bath, bidet, WC. More bathroom with individual shower / toilet and washing machine. Super large living room with double sofa bed as a bed for 2 more people, large dining table, fireplace and additional Pallatsofen for the winter months, TV and adjoining fully meet household kitchens. All very tasteful. Inspire will the large covered balcony overlooking PULA and the underlying sea.

All shops, services, restaurants and the popular 'Piazza' can be reached on foot quickly. The sea and the nearest white sandy beach is 'Baia di Nora' and about 2 km away.
All other beautiful sandy beaches of the southern tip of Sardinia, like "St`Margherita" - "Chia" - "Tuerredda" are within easy reach.
The capital CAGLIARI with airport is about 32 km away. Arrival of OLBIA about 3 hours and from ALGHERO approximately hours. The beautiful tourist resort PULA ( Ew.) Offers all shopping, leisure and service opportunities. Excellent restaurants spoil you with Sardinian menus. In the July to September ensure in Piazza nightly performances for entertainment.
In about 2 km away is the amusement park BLUFAN with the super water slides - a pleasure for young and old. The golf course 'Is Molas' (18 holes) is about 5 km away. Riding stables, sports facilities and cultural attractions offered throughout the region.

Very nice flat even without beach and sea
We stayed in this beautiful flat in Pula in July 2020. The flat is very centrally located and it is a two minute walk to the beautiful little town for strolling or eating. Even in times of Corona, we had to book a table for dinner in the evening. However, the prices in Pula are really very human and not exaggerated at all.
The flat is large and has everything you need for a pleasant holiday. It is not equipped with the latest furniture, but it has charm and the beautiful dark furniture is stylish. The table in the kitchen is not really necessary, it is quite cramped, but that is only a small detail. We used the table as a shelf - also ok ;-)
The large balcony was our living room, we always had breakfast there and occasionally dinner or a glass of wine in the evening. The view from there is very nice and far back you can even see the sea. You can walk to a supermarket. You definitely need a car because the beach is not within walking distance. Since we had a car the whole time anyway, that was no problem for us. We preferred to be in town anyway.
The air conditioning in the bedrooms is very pleasant and quiet. Although we actually wanted to do without it, we gave in the last two days and enjoyed the cooling - it is just very very hot in Sardinia in July
We can recommend this flat in any case.
Our landlord was very nice and explained everything to us on arrival.

Dream flat
The flat is very nice, large and equipped with everything needed. The location is also good, a quiet estate, the centre is within walking distance and the beach a few minutes away by car. Mr Nardone was very friendly and helpful
In short: the perfect accommodation, as long as you don't expect a pool or a direct beach location
recommend for: adventure and experience, seniors, holiday with children, beach holiday, romantic holiday
