Description

A particularly beautiful and newly built holiday home we can recommend here is the Villetta "MANGO". An oasis in the center of PULA, in immediate proximity to shops and the Piazza, good restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, and bars. Still a quiet location, as it is in a side street. On approx. 120 sqm of living space on one level there are 2 bedrooms with double beds + single bed (6 sleeping places). Extra beds for 2 more people possible. 2 bathrooms with spacious shower cabins/WC/bidet. Super large open living area with integrated, fully equipped kitchen area. All very tastefully furnished. You will be delighted by the large covered terrace with a big table, 12 chairs, and a view of the colorful Mediterranean garden area with southern fruits and flowers.
Additional amenities: TV-SAT - air conditioning - baby cot - high chair - microwave - WIFI internet - washing machine - toaster - kettle - hairdryer – barbecue facilities in the garden - private parking spaces directly on the fenced property.

Location and surroundings of object

All shopping, service options, restaurants, and the popular “Piazza” can be quickly reached on foot. The sea and the nearest white sandy beach is “Baia di Nora” and only about 2 km away. All other beautiful sandy beaches of the southern tip of Sardinia, such as “St`Margherita” - “CHIA” - “TUERREDDA” are quickly accessible.
The capital CAGLIARI with airport is about 32 km away. Arrival from OLBIA about 3 hours and from ALGHERO about 2.5 hours. The beautiful tourist town PULA (approx. 6,000 inhabitants) offers all shopping, leisure, and service options. Excellent restaurants spoil you with Sardinian menus. From July to September, nightly performances on the Piazza provide entertainment.
About 2 km away is the amusement park BLUFAN with super long water slides—a pleasure for young and old. The golf course “Is Molas” (18+24 holes) is about 5 km away. Riding stables, sports options, and cultural sights are offered throughout the region.

Very nice flat even without beach and sea

We stayed in this beautiful flat in Pula in July 2020. The flat is very centrally located and it is a two minute walk to the beautiful little town for strolling or eating. Even in times of Corona, we had to book a table for dinner in the evening. However, the prices in Pula are really very human and not exaggerated at all.
The flat is large and has everything you need for a pleasant holiday. It is not equipped with the latest furniture, but it has charm and the beautiful dark furniture is stylish. The table in the kitchen is not really necessary, it is quite cramped, but that is only a small detail. We used the table as a shelf - also ok ;-)
The large balcony was our living room, we always had breakfast there and occasionally dinner or a glass of wine in the evening. The view from there is very nice and far back you can even see the sea. You can walk to a supermarket. You definitely need a car because the beach is not within walking distance. Since we had a car the whole time anyway, that was no problem for us. We preferred to be in town anyway.
The air conditioning in the bedrooms is very pleasant and quiet. Although we actually wanted to do without it, we gave in the last two days and enjoyed the cooling - it is just very very hot in Sardinia in July
We can recommend this flat in any case.
Our landlord was very nice and explained everything to us on arrival.

Dream flat

The flat is very nice, large and equipped with everything needed. The location is also good, a quiet estate, the centre is within walking distance and the beach a few minutes away by car. Mr Nardone was very friendly and helpful
In short: the perfect accommodation, as long as you don't expect a pool or a direct beach location

recommend for: adventure and experience, seniors, holiday with children, beach holiday, romantic holiday
