Very nice - located on a hill with great panoramic views of the town PULA - is this separate holiday apartment "EMILIANO" on a fenced large Mediterranean garden plot.
All shopping / service facilities and recommended restaurants can be found directly in PULA (about 1000 m). Sports activities and riding stables are offered throughout the area. The golf club "Is Molas" (18 holes) is about 4 km away. The nearest sandy beach "Baia di Nora" is about 3 km away. The other beautiful sandy beaches of this region such as "Santa Margherita" - "CHIA" - "Turredda" are within easy reach.
