This exclusive holiday home is located in Liznjan, a small fishing village, near the famous tourist town of Medulin. Medulin leaves almost nothing to be desired. Kids love this place, sand / pebble beaches, countless playgrounds, a water slide and rides the shuttle train offer the youngest an exciting environment to be discovered. One of the biggest highlights of course part of the Family- / Luna Park. Peace-seeking guests the many coves and secluded beaches restful relaxation. Evening you can enjoy the time with a stroll through the many souvenir stalls, with the Family Park visit or simply enjoy the sunset in a cozy beach bar and can relax. In the extreme south of Istria, on a small hill, located Ližnjan - a secret of ideal coast of Ližnjan has beautiful and pristine beaches in a length of even 28 km, where you can still find a personal contact with the Mediterranean - a lonely nice piece of shore, where you can enjoy the company of rushing waves and the chirping of crickets. A small picturesque port tells us that the inhabitants today, as well as thousands of years ago, deal with fishing, and they blessed the sea abundant with good things that you definitely try one of the restaurants or homes of the friendly hosts should. An undiscovered jewel is the small island Levan, located in front of the shores of the location, with a beautiful sandy beach and three taverns; an ideal place for the adventurous who want to experience something different from the sea. Ližnjan and the sea that surrounds it, is indicated on the maps of many windsurfers and divers who are there the best and most beautiful places for their passion while cycle touring on the shore, which run through a landscape of extraordinary beauty, for all are intended those who have opted for an active holiday. Ližnjan is not known and noisy tourist resort, it offers much more than the usual tourist destinations - Ližnjan is the Mediterranean, from which you have always dreamed of, and can you still find and experience

Great semi-detached house with pool.
Very warm welcome and the landlord is always available. Nothing is missing in the house. You even get bed linen and towels provided. Even dishwasher tabs, etc., are available.
The highlight is of course the private pool at the house. The house itself is nicely quiet and somewhat secluded. Here you have your peace. However, you can quickly reach the beach (by car) and the town of Medulin. We always walked to the town, about 20 minutes. Result of our vacation: "Everything was perfect and we were very satisfied!"
Can only recommend it further.

Very gladly again
Very nice welcome by the landlady, who was also always approachable. Great support.
The house left nothing to be desired, everything was available that one needed, and also in sufficient numbers.
The highlight was the pool, which was extensively used.
The house is located away from the hustle and bustle and offers tranquility.
We will be happy to come back.

Great family vacation
We had a very nice and peaceful vacation. The house is equipped with everything you need. We were warmly greeted by the nice landlady. She was always available if you had any questions and always helpful. We would definitely recommend the house. Best regards.

Beautiful house in a quiet location
We had a great time at the holiday home Mary. Starting with a friendly welcome and tour of the house. The rooms are big enough and everything is very clean and appealing. The kitchen is well equipped, there is washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs etc....
At the front of the house there is a seating area with a gas barbecue. This is where we mostly stayed to eat
The beds are very good and guarantee a restful sleep. The three bedrooms are on the upper level of the house, as are the two bathrooms. Another guest toilet is on the ground floor
The pool is cleaned once a week by a pool service. It is big enough and the water is super clean. Next to the pool is a shower with warm water and there is another seating area of very good quality. Furthermore, there are four comfortable loungers of the same equipment. This really invites you to relax.
The house is fenced all around and there are two parking spaces directly on the property. The road to the house is gravelled but easy to drive on.
There are various beaches in the area for different needs (families with children, dogs, nature lovers...), everyone can get their money's worth here. In Liznjan there is a pharmacy, a few restaurants and two small shops for small needs. In Medulin there is a lot of tourist activity, with the usual stalls and restaurants on every corner. There are also supermarkets for larger purchases
The whole area there is a bit hilly, the streets of Medulin are quite narrow and most of them are one-way streets. But once you get used to it, it's ok. We always went to the beaches by car, it was too far for us to walk with our swimming costumes.
We gave it five points because the attractive house is quiet but centrally located, everything was very clean and the service was very friendly

The house was really very good, very clean, and everything needed for the days was available. Plenty of space, especially for a larger holiday group. The pool, garden, and outdoor dining area were very clean and spacious! There was also a lot of peace from neighbors, so you could relax very well. Even if you were a bit louder, neighbors didn't say anything! Value for money was great! To the beach, you had to take the car, but that was not a problem! Highly recommended for families and larger groups (6 people). The landlady was very friendly and accommodating when we had to leave. If I could, I would have extended my stay by another 10 days!! Simply fantastic. 10 thumbs up.
