Perfect beach location

From the balcony of the great apartment you could see the sunrise, the sand dunes, and the sea. The beach is miles long and one of the most beautiful in the area. Hilde welcomed us very warmly again. We felt very comfortable. Thank you very much for that.

Always have a view of the sunrise.

The stunning sea view is fantastic and leaves a lasting impression! The direct proximity to the dune beach is ideal for beach walkers, extending for kilometers. The area offers a lot of variety by car. The apartment is well equipped and the residential complex is very well maintained. We also found the roof terrace very useful in winter. The contact with the landlady was very pleasant. Highly recommended, our dog also enjoyed it.

Dreamlike and comfortable

Erholungsparadies

Hilde & Manfred are extremely loving and reliable landlords and are always there for you when you need help! I am now 66 years old and have been coming to one of the two apartments on the beach of Piles for many years now. Large comfortable apartments with a veranda and a direct view of the sea. From morning until noon (depending on the season), you have sun on the balcony, and on the roof one floor above, you can continue sunbathing during the day and have a beautiful view in all directions. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a self-contained building complex with a pool in the center – not accessible to outsiders. Parking for cars or bikes can be provided in the underground garage if desired, otherwise, parking facilities are available right in front of the house. The apartments have a high level of security: burglary-proof apartment doors and even a built-in safe. The furnishings of the apartments are really of a good standard. Just a few meters to the sea: Continuous sandy beach from Denia to Gandia for long walks; the sea is also suitable for children and elderly as it slowly gets deeper only after 30-40 meters; all water sports are possible, jogging and walking opportunities are plentiful; normal cyclists will enjoy cycling: it's straight ahead for about 25 km to the next town of Oliva and just as straight to Denia on a safe 2-3 m wide shoulder beside the road. Shopping options through supermarkets, etc. are sufficiently available in Piles and the surrounding area. Here you can really relax – mostly just locals and some individual tourists on the beach! I LOOK FORWARD TO IT EVERY YEAR; WHEN I CAN COME BACK TO PILES!

Ein Ferienparadies

The reception by the landlords was very warm. The holiday apartment met our expectations fully, and even surpassed them in part. Dreamy location, right on the extensive sandy beach. The complex itself is also very clean and well-maintained. In the vicinity of the complex, there are bars, restaurants, and shopping opportunities. Mandarin and orange plantations invite you for walks. A big advantage is that the landlords are very helpful and available at all times, as they live nearby. Sunny days in Playa de Piles

We had a nice relaxing holiday. Our flat fully met our expectations for a successful holiday, which was too short with just one week. We are looking forward to our long-term holiday in January to March 2019 in the Don Salva complex.
We can only recommend this accommodation to everyone. With Hilde and Manni we also had the best landlords, who had an open ear for everything.

For relaxing holidays

We (family with two children aged 9 and 11) had a wonderful relaxing beach holiday. The pictures keep what they promise. The beach and the sea are only a few steps away and both very clean. It is good for wind and kite surfing, stand up paddle, kayaking and jogging
The pool area is very well maintained and not crowded.
The flat has everything you need and is also very well maintained.
We can recommend the flat without reservation and would book it again.

Still as great

This is our second stay in this residence, this time in Hilde and Manfred's second apartment, the owners who are always welcoming and available. Like the other apartment (occupied in 2016), this one is very clean, very well equipped and especially well located in a quiet area (very easy parking) with an exceptional view of the sea... and the beach located about a hundred meters away. The large, well-maintained pool in a landscaped environment is a definite plus. As we said two years ago, it is a place where we will be happy to return.

We booked the apartment for the second time in 2 years - and lo and behold, the already perfect equipment for us had improved a bit more: in addition to the beachfront location, the apartment facilities, and the friendly landlords, internet via WLAN is now also included in the price. Urlaubstraum

We have made holidays in Piles several times. What we like about it:
1. The apartment has a really great location. From the balcony, you have a wonderful view of the beach and sea. The beach is reachable on foot in 2 minutes. Additionally, there is a nice well-maintained pool with a sunbathing area. We never found the beach or the pool crowded at any time. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a nice vacation. The facility is very clean and well-maintained, even more so the apartment!

2. Piles and the surroundings
In Piles, there seemed to be "big" plans, which fortunately were not implemented. The wide pedestrian paths are used weekly for a nice market. They are also great for walking in the nearby Parque de la Torres de Piles. In Piles and within walking distance, there are also numerous small bars and restaurants, so survival is assured. We also made several trips to Gandia, Xabia, Denia, Moraira, Benidorm, etc. There are beautiful coves and beaches there as well, but Piles is probably unbeatable. Valencia is recommended for a day trip, you can easily reach the city center by train.

We spent 2 weeks in April in this holiday apartment with sea view. The modernly furnished apartment has everything your heart desires. You can enjoy a great view of the sea. The apartment is clean, tidy, and very easy to maintain, everything in the right place! The landlords are very accommodating, nice, and always reachable, as they live only a few kilometers away. We had a very nice 2 weeks in Playa de Piles. The apartment was very well maintained and very well equipped. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The sandy beach is very wide and long. The sea is also very suitable for small children, as it is very shallow, with only small waves and you can go far into the sea.

The landlords are super nice and helpful.

Great vacation

We stayed in this beautiful house with our little dog and it was a wonderful surprise. The house is very spacious and modern. An ideal vacation spot

This location is perfect for a relaxing vacation between the sea and the pool.

The apartment is very spacious, and the unobstructed view of the dunes and the sea is truly impressive and very enjoyable.

The apartment is very clean and well-equipped.

The sandy beach is located 100 meters from the residence, so there is no need for transportation to get there. but this one is essential for shopping (even if the nearest supermarket is not very far away: about 2 km).

The place is very calm and parking is no problem.

The pool is perfectly sized to accommodate the residents of the residence, and its well-maintained lawn is a significant advantage.

Hilde and Manfred's welcome is very pleasant, and they are always available to answer our questions and provide information. In short, a place where we hope to return in the coming years.

Perfect 3 weeks in Italy

Everything is as described by the landlord in the advertisement. We were surprised by how nice the weather is here in January. The sea was 16 degrees, and we could go swimming in it. The beach was super nice and long. It's a 30-minute walk to the port of Oliva and about 1.5 hours to Gandia, great beach walks. The trips to the weekly markets in different places are recommended. The apartment is superbly furnished and handed over very clean. Everything you need is available. The landlords Hilde and Manni are very nice and helpful. All in all, a great vacation, while others in Germany are freezing.

UNFORGETTABLE VACATION

In the beginning, I wanted to thank the owners Hilde and Manfred for their hospitality and welcome. They are wonderful people.

The apartment is located in a complex with incredible sea views.

At night, it was relaxing to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

Perfect for families, as there is no danger in the surroundings and it is a very peaceful area.

The beach is perfect for all kinds of water activities. The apartment is ideal and has everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We found it quite clean and well-maintained.

On the terrace, we spent long hours reading in the silence of the night.

The pool is open until midnight!!!

These have truly been unforgettable vacations, and I'm sure that if Hilde and Manfred accept us, we will come back.

Wonderful beach holiday in Piles

We have enjoyed "our" apartment in Piles again. Fortunately, it was available for this period and it was like coming home again. Delightfully quiet at the beach and great weather. It only rained for a day, and we almost sat in the sun every day on the rooftop terrace. We want to thank Hilde and Manfred for their help. A beautiful apartment, stunning view of the beach and sea, and very peaceful in winter. Definitely worth repeating.
