The apartment is located on the second floor of the Edificio Don Salva, right on the beachfront, and offers you a breathtaking view over the dunes to the Mediterranean Sea. The well-maintained outdoor area includes a spacious palm garden with sunbathing lawns, a large swimming pool, a separate children's pool, and two outdoor showers – perfect for relaxed days under the sun.
The holiday apartment is ideal for up to 4 people and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay.
There are two bedrooms available: one with a comfortable double bed and en suite bathroom, and another bedroom with two single beds. The second bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.
The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, as well as ample cooking utensils, crockery, and cutlery.

Very nice holiday apartment....
.....in a quiet location with a great view.
We have been here a few times and it has always been a very relaxing holiday.
The holiday apartment is well equipped and in the village, you have everything you need.
The contact with the landlord of the apartment is always uncomplicated and very nice.
Even if something was missing, it was always taken care of promptly.

Best sea view
I had 3 beautiful, relaxing weeks in this apartment right on the beach. Hilde, the host, was extremely polite and accommodating and handed me a clean apartment. Everything was there that one needed, nothing was missing. The pool was clean and I used it every day. The sea with the gently sloping sandy beach, of course, as well. It would also be ideal for families with children. I traveled alone, and as a retiree, I had not considered that the apartment is only accessible by foot over 3 floors. This was only a problem during arrival and departure. So, one must still be fit and mobile. However, one then has wonderful peace on the top floor. A car is definitely recommended, as in September, local restaurants and shops are not always open. With a car, everything can be reached in 5 minutes. I can highly recommend the apartment, and if I stay fit, I would gladly come back.

Time and again......
We were in Spain for 2 weeks, the flat was recommended to us by friends. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our landlady Hilde, who showed us around the flat. The furniture is not the youngest anymore, but it is functional and clean. The beds made for a restful sleep, we were thrilled. The sunrise we could watch every morning from the balcony was phenomenal. The flat was right in front of the long sandy beach which was great for a walk in the sand every day. Shopping and restaurants were all within walking distance. What we also liked was that there were great excursion destinations in the surrounding area.
We simply felt comfortable with Hilde and will stay with Hilde again on our next holiday in Spain.

Wir waren schon ein paar mal hier und es war immer ein sehr entspannender Urlaub.
Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und im Ort hat man alles nötige was man braucht.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter der Wohnung ist immer unkompliziert und sehr nett.
Auch wenn etwas gefehlt hat man sich immer zeitnah darum gekümmert.

Ich reiste allein und als Rentnerin hatte ich nicht bedacht, das die Wohnung ja nur über 3 Etagen zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. das war aber nur ein Problem bei der An und Abreise .Also man muß schon noch fit und beweglich sein. Dafür hatte man dann aber im obersten Stockwerk herrliche Ruhe.Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert da im September hier vor Ort Gastronomie und Geschäfte nicht immer geöffnet sind. Mit dem Auto erreicht man dann alles in 5 Minuten.
Die Wohnung kann ich sehr weiterempfehlen und wenn ich fit bleibe werde ich auch gerne wieder kommen.

Wir fühlten uns einfach wohl bei Hilde und werden beim nächsten Spanien Urlaub uns wieder bei Hilde einquartieren.

Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern im Alter von 9 und 11 Jahren) hatten einen wunderschönenen erholsamen Badeurlaub. Die Bilder halten was sie versprechen. Der Strand und das Meer sind nur ein paar Schritte entfernt und beides sehr sauber. Es eignet sich gut für Wind- und Kite-Surfen, Stand-Up Paddle, Kajak und Joggen.
Der Poolbereich ist sehr gepflegt und nicht überlaufen.
Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt und ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt.
Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden es wieder buchen.
L'équipement mis à notre disposition est tout à fait adapté aux besoins des vacanciers.
Comme l'autre appartement (occupé en 2016), celui-ci est très propre, très bien équipé et surtout très bien situé dans un quartier calme (stationnement très facile) et avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer... et la plage située à une centaine de mètres.
La grande piscine, bien entretenue dans un environnement paysager, est un plus indéniable
Comme nous l'avons dit il y a deux ans, c'est un endroit où nous pourrons revenir avec plaisir.
1. Die Wohnung hat eine wirklich tolle Lage.
Vom Balkon aus hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick auf Strand und Meer. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Zudem gibt es einen schönen gepflegten Pool mit Liegewiese. Wir fanden weder den Strand noch den Pool zu irgend einer Zeit überfüllt vor.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt.
Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, das gilt noch mehr für die Wohnung!
2. Piles und die Umgebung
In Piles hatte man anscheinend "Großes" vor, was dann aber zum Glück nicht umgesetzt wurde. Die breiten Fußgängerwege werden wöchentlich für einen schönen Markt genutzt. Sie bieten sich auch gut zum Laufen in den nahe gelegenen Parque de la Torres de Piles an. In Piles und fußläufiger Umgebung gibt es auch zahlreiche kleine Bars und Restaurants, das Überleben ist also gesichert.
Wir hatten auch mehrere Ausflüge nach Gandia, Xabia, Denia, Moraira, Benidorm etc. unternommen. Dort gibt es zwar auch schöne Buchten und Strände, aber Piles ist wohl nicht zu toppen.
Valencia ist als Tagesausflug zu empfehlen, mit dem Zug kommt man problemlos direkt in die Innenstadt.
3. Die Vermieter
Die Vermieter sind unheimlich nett und unkompliziert -)
Der Ort ist super um die Ruhe zu genießen, mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Hilde und Manfred sind super freundliche Vermieter, die darauf bedacht sind, das alles in Ordnung ist.
Die Bilder sind nicht 'katalogüblich', sondern geben die Realität wieder! Auch stimmt die Beschreibung.

L'appartement est très spacieux et la vue dégagée sur les dunes et la mer est vraiment très impressionnante et très appréciable.
L'appartement est très propre et très bien équipé.
La plage de sable fin se trouve à 100 m de la résidence, donc pas besoin de moyen de locomotion pour s'y rendre... mais celui-ci est indispensable pour faire ses courses (même si le supermarché le plus proche n'est pas très éloigné : environ 2 km).
Le lieu est très calme et le stationnement ne pose aucun problème.
La piscine est d'une dimension parfaite pour accueillir les habitants de la résidence et sa pelouse, très bien entretenue, est un plus non négligeable.
L'accueil de Hilde et Manfred est très agréable et ils sont toujours disponibles pour répondre à nos questions et demandes de renseignements.
Bref, un lieu où l'on espère retourner dans les prochaines années.

Perfecto para familias, ya que no hay peligro en los alrededores y es una zona muy tranquila.
La playa es perfecta para realizar todo tipo de actividades acuáticas.
El apartamento es ideal y tiene lo esencial para pasar una temporada relajante y cómoda. Lo encontramos bastante limpio y cuidado.
En la terraza hemos pasado largas horas de lectura en el silencio de la noche.

Realmente han sido unas vacaciones inolvidables y estoy segura de que si Hilde y Manfred nos aceptan, volveremos.
