Moin, moin and welcome to our cosy bungalow in Neßmersiel on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Whether it is a holiday for senior citizens, a handicapped accessible stay for wheelchair users without barriers or a family holiday with children, - ''Holidays for All'' is our concern. You will feel at home in our well-kept holiday home with terrace and garden. The ground-level house consists of a spacious living-dining area with kitchenette, a spacious barrier-free shower room and two bedrooms (1 room with double bed, 1 room with electric nursing bed and additional bed for a 4th person). All doors are 1 metre wide and there are no stairs or other thresholds.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in an attractive holiday settlement at the end of a quiet residential street without through traffic. The distance to the beach is approx. 1500 metres. Neßmersiel is a tranquil, small coastal seaside resort in the middle of the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park and World Heritage Site with a sandy beach, ferry port to the island of Baltrum and starting point for expertly guided mudflat walks. The family-friendly village offers restaurants, hotels, cafés, small shops and several children's playgrounds. Extensive cycling and hiking trails invite you to take excursions into the beautiful East Frisian landscape. Since the sun doesn't always shine in Neßmersiel either, the 3000 m² family leisure centre ''Sturmfrei'' offers a variety of ways to spend bad-weather days. The centre was created from the converted beach oasis and a new building wing, all roofed over and open all year round.

Dear Speh family,

Holiday home recommended for wheelchair users.
Hello,
we spent 14 days in the holiday home. I can recommend a holiday in the house to anyone with a physical disability, even with a wheelchair. I myself am dependent on my wheelchair and I can say that I had no problems at all. I was able to move around the house as well as the surrounding area.
The house is situated in a very nice and quiet area. You can reach the bakery and the shops in a few minutes, even with a wheelchair.
All the places on the East Frisian North Sea can be visited almost without restriction. People with walking difficulties can also take part in mudflat walks.
We can only say that we felt very comfortable and had a great rest. We will definitely come here again for a holiday.

Very beautiful house, absolutely recommended!
I spent 8 days with my father in need of care and my mother in this very tastefully furnished holiday home. Nothing was missing, we felt very comfortable from the first minute.
One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, next to it another bedroom with a modern care bed, a wall bed, and a TV. The bathroom is large and wheelchair accessible. Living and kitchen area with a large terrace door is very nice, the terrace is equipped with a beach chair, table, and chairs.
Bakery and supermarket can be reached easily on foot and with a wheelchair.
