Description
The Peer Hof, is a historic mountain farm in Navis. The farmhouse combines old historical flair with modern, ecological technology. The spacious house is divided into two levels. From the entrance area, you enter a large eat-in kitchen on the right, which is equipped with all modern appliances. You can also heat the old cooker with wood in the traditional way.
The entire house is heated with a central wood heating system. In the "Große Stube" there is also a beautiful old tiled stove with a stove bench, which can be heated with wood from the hallway. The wood is provided for you. Behind the parlour you enter the first bedroom with four sleeping possibilities. A large bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as a separate WC are also accessible from the hallway. A spacious storage room with washing machine and dryer is located directly behind the kitchen. Here, skis and winter clothes can be stored to dry. On the first floor, 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed and extra beds, as well as a shower and WC, lead off from the long hallway. The house offers accommodation for 15 people in standard occupancy. In addition, two guest beds and two baby beds can be provided. In the living room there is a cosy sitting area with a TV set, there is WLAN in the house. For the summer season, there is a place with table, chairs and barbecue at the house.

Location and surroundings of object
The Peer-Hof is located in the upper part of the long village of Navis, with a view of the valley and the village church below. The village of Navis lies at around 1450 m above sea level, high above the valley on the southern slope of the Mislkopf (2623 m above sea level) of the Tux Alps. The valley of Navis is one of the most beautiful valleys in the Wipptal. In the village itself there is a drag lift, about 14 km away the ski & leisure arena Bergeralm, in Steinach am Brenner leaves nothing to be desired for ski and snowboard friends. In summer, Navis is a wonderful starting point for hikes in the Tyrolean mountains.
Arrival by train
From2023 the guest card: Your ticket for public transport in the Wipptal holiday region. Included are the Innsbruck - Brenner S-Bahn (S3/S4) and all bus lines to the mountain valleys as well as the journey from Innsbruck or Brenner.

Great old farmhouse - Perfect for large groups
We were at Peerhof for the 3rd time and it was great as always! The spacious living room with the tiled stove is perfect for cozy evenings together, all the rooms are large, quiet, and have their own bathroom, and there is more than enough to do in the area for both young and old!
We are looking forward to the next time!

Great farmhouse in prime location
We were with 7 people and 1 dog for a few days in Navis for skiing and hiking. The farmhouse had everything you need and much more. Each room has its own bathroom, which is really a luxury with so many guests. The view of the mountains is simply indescribable. There was always someone available for questions. Great hiking trails and the slopes are only 15 km away. We really felt very comfortable and will definitely return.

Happy holidays
Cozy farmhouse with charm and all the amenities we needed. We were provided with firewood for the tile stove daily, which added an extra coziness to the living room. Each room has its own bathroom with a shower. The toboggan hill behind the house was a highlight for our kids ;-) Overall, a very nice vacation at Peerhof with plenty of space, modern equipment, and traditional coziness!

Tradition meets modernity
Very beautiful old farmhouse, furnished with love. Nevertheless, it has all the amenities (super equipped kitchen, wifi, modern bathrooms...) that you need. We had a great stay and will definitely come again!
