Our light-flooded and modernly furnished holiday apartment, located on the terraced southeast slope, promises a truly restful stay with its stylish design and relaxing surroundings. Reach your holiday home via a comfortable staircase with landings and immediately enjoy the feeling of being welcome. The interior furnishings of the holiday apartment leave nothing to be desired. A bedroom with flat-screen TV and a double bed on wheels, which can quickly be converted into two separate sleeping places, promises restful nights. Thanks to electric slatted frames, you will enjoy the best comfort while watching TV or reading in bed. The spacious living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, an open kitchen, and a dining area on 37 sqm of space. The extendable seating area, an ottoman, and an armchair with footstool invite you to relax. The modern, 3.90m long corner kitchen with elevated oven, microwave, and more offers everything for preparing culinary delights. The interior is rounded off by a modern bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, and a raised toilet.
The outdoor area of the apartment offers a covered terrace (approx. 40 sqm) and a sun terrace, both furnished in summer with seating groups, barbecue, loungers, and sun umbrella. Here outdoors you can let your soul unwind in the peace of nature. The garden, which is also available for use, is equipped with a Hollywood swing, loungers, and an inviting barbecue area. An additional pavilion with dining table and chairs as well as access to a mysterious witch’s cottage with bench in the lower garden area complete the outdoor amenities. Our holiday home is located on the outskirts of Trubenhausen on a paved field path, in extensive development on the southeast slope, surrounded by meadows, with a wonderful panoramic view. The forest can be reached after approx. 300m. A highlight April/May blossoming cherry trees as far as the eye can see.
Trubenhausen, a small, tranquil district of Großalmerode, lies in the Gelsterflüßchen valley, between the Meissner and Kaufunger forests. Every 2 years there is a festival of lights here and an open-air stage with an event in the middle of the forest.

Nice landlords for a great apartment in the countryside.
A big praise to the Wernhardt family. They are very nice landlords and upon arrival there was beer, soda, sweets and something delicious for our dog. Very nice apartment, garden and surroundings were as described. We hiked a lot and saw a lot. It was a wonderful week.

Very beautiful apartment with great comfort and very quiet location.
We have never had such a fantastic apartment! We felt very comfortable. Our dog also felt great. The beautiful, large garden invites you to relax and unwind.
The owners are very helpful and friendly. Beer, mineral water, fruit, and sweets were already there on arrival.
The location is quiet and beautiful, and you are immediately in nature from the house, also ideal with a dog.
We will definitely come back!

Great flat in the green
We were pleasantly surprised by the flat and the hosts. Everything is as shown on the internet. The flat is meticulously clean and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. There is also a lovely garden, which the hosts put a lot of work into.

Very nice holiday flat in a quiet location
We stayed with the Wernhardt family once before in 2017 and because we liked it so much, we came again this year. The landlords are super nice and you can really feel at home there. On arrival, chilled drinks, something sweet and healthy fruit were provided for us - we felt welcome. The dog was also taken care of. The landlords are always available to advise and help without being intrusive. The quiet area with the fantastic view is perfect to relax from the stressful everyday life. We can highly recommend the beautifully furnished and very clean holiday apartment. A big thank you for the unforgettable days we enjoyed with the Wernhardt family.

Very nice flat in a wonderful location
We were guests for a week with 2 people in this very beautiful, new and modern flat. Upon arrival, we were very nicely welcomed by the hostess. The flat made a very good impression, bright and spacious. There was a bowl of fruit, sweets and some drinks in the fridge ready for us. Due to the location on a slope, there was also a very nice view of the surroundings. If you are looking for peace and nature, this is the right place. You can practically enter the widely ramified network of hiking trails at the front door without using the car. Of course, there are also excursions into the very charming wider surroundings. Unfortunately, the week went by much too quickly and we were far from being able to explore everything. Therefore, we will gladly come again. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you once again for your kind hospitality.
