Situated on the terraced south-eastern slope, accessible by a very convenient staircase with landings and banisters.
Own ground-level entrance to the house. You also have step-free access to the covered terrace from the living/kitchen French windows and terrace with gazebo. for your sole use. You will enjoy a relaxing and stress-free holiday with 2 persons in a light-flooded and modern holiday flat. The bedroom with flat screen TV and double bed on castors, quickly offers the possibility of 2 separate sleeping places. The beds are equipped with electric slatted frames, so you can comfortably watch TV or read in bed. In the spacious living room with flat-screen TV and Blue-Ray player, open kitchen and dining area (37 sqm) there is an extendable sitting area. An ottoman and an armchair with footstool invite you to relax and read (books available). Floor-to-ceiling windows in the kitchen-dining-living area on the south-east side give you a great view of the Hohe Meissner and the garden.
Culinary delights can be prepared in the 3.90m long, fully equipped corner kitchen with high oven, microwave, etc. The modern bathroom (small) offers wellness. Wellness is offered in the modern bathroom (small but nice) with bathtub, shower at ground level and raised WC. On the covered terrace (approx. 40 sqm) and sun terrace (), furnished in summer with seating groups, barbecue, sun loungers and parasol, you can relax and unwind. The flat is equipped with modern tiles and underfloor heating, electrically controlled shutters and insect screens
A hoover, broom etc. can be found in a small storage room in the flat. There is a safe for your valuables.

Our holiday home is located on the outskirts of Trubenhausen on a paved field path, in extensive development on the southeast slope, surrounded by meadows, with a wonderful panoramic view. The forest can be reached after approx. 300m. A highlight April/May blossoming cherry trees as far as the eye can see.
Trubenhausen, a small, tranquil district of Großalmerode, lies in the Gelsterflüßchen valley, between the Meissner and Kaufunger forests. Every 2 years there is a festival of lights here and an open-air stage with an event in the middle of the forest.

Nice landlords for a great apartment in the countryside.
A big praise to the Wernhardt family. They are very nice landlords and upon arrival there was beer, soda, sweets and something delicious for our dog. Very nice apartment, garden and surroundings were as described. We hiked a lot and saw a lot. It was a wonderful week.

Very beautiful apartment with great comfort and very quiet location.
We have never had such a fantastic apartment! We felt very comfortable. Our dog also felt great. The beautiful, large garden invites you to relax and unwind.
The owners are very helpful and friendly. Beer, mineral water, fruit, and sweets were already there on arrival.
The location is quiet and beautiful, and you are immediately in nature from the house, also ideal with a dog.
We will definitely come back!

Great flat in the green
We were pleasantly surprised by the flat and the hosts. Everything is as shown on the internet. The flat is meticulously clean and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. There is also a lovely garden, which the hosts put a lot of work into.

Very nice holiday flat in a quiet location
We stayed with the Wernhardt family once before in 2017 and because we liked it so much, we came again this year. The landlords are super nice and you can really feel at home there. On arrival, chilled drinks, something sweet and healthy fruit were provided for us - we felt welcome. The dog was also taken care of. The landlords are always available to advise and help without being intrusive. The quiet area with the fantastic view is perfect to relax from the stressful everyday life. We can highly recommend the beautifully furnished and very clean holiday apartment. A big thank you for the unforgettable days we enjoyed with the Wernhardt family.

Very nice flat in a wonderful location
We were guests for a week with 2 people in this very beautiful, new and modern flat. Upon arrival, we were very nicely welcomed by the hostess. The flat made a very good impression, bright and spacious. There was a bowl of fruit, sweets and some drinks in the fridge ready for us. Due to the location on a slope, there was also a very nice view of the surroundings. If you are looking for peace and nature, this is the right place. You can practically enter the widely ramified network of hiking trails at the front door without using the car. Of course, there are also excursions into the very charming wider surroundings. Unfortunately, the week went by much too quickly and we were far from being able to explore everything. Therefore, we will gladly come again. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you once again for your kind hospitality.

Very cozy and comfortable apartment
We were looking for a nice apartment for 2 people for a short hiking holiday in the northern Hessian mountain region, where our two small dogs are also welcome, and were totally surprised to find such a wonderfully located and modern apartment, in a beautiful landscape on the outskirts of the village. The bright, friendly apartment lacks nothing, it is particularly lovingly and nicely furnished, has a comfortable bathroom (with bathtub and super shower) and upon arrival there were chilled beers, a bottle of wine and a filled fruit bowl, very pleasing after a longer journey! Even the dogs were taken care of with bowls, treats and a blanket, we were delighted with this hospitality! There are several cozy outdoor seating areas, depending on the weather, unfortunately we could hardly use them because it was too cold. We will definitely come back, this apartment is a "discovery"! Not to forget the particularly nice hosts, whom we would like to thank once again for this beautiful apartment, where we immediately felt at home from the beginning!

Beautiful holiday apartment
We stayed for 10 days in May 2016 in the vacation rental of the Wernhardt family. And certainly not the last time. We immediately felt at home in this beautiful accommodation. Everything in the apartment is top-notch and nothing was missing. The nice little attentions rounded everything off. The garden alone, with its many small islands of tranquility - also used by us - is worth a trip. For us, this is the place from which we can quickly reach our little granddaughter. Dreamy vacation apartment
It was a dreamlike short vacation. The reception was very nice and friendly. You immediately feel comfortable and well taken care of. You can tell that the Wernhardt family runs the vacation home with heart and soul. There is nothing to complain about the apartment and nothing is missing. Everything is available in the apartment, down to the smallest detail. We have never experienced such hospitality before. We were greeted with very nice little attentions in the apartment. We will definitely come back.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung
Wir waren vom 16.-19.04.2014 in der Ferienwohnung als Gäste und waren von der Ausstattung der gemütlichen, hellen und absolut neuwertigen Einrichtung begeistert. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne völlig neuwertige Wohnung in landschaftlich reizvoller Lage. Ideal als Unterkunft für einen Wanderurlaub oder ein Wochenende zum Ausspannen. Die Vermieter wohnen im selben Haus und sind für Wünsche und Anregungen stets ansprechbar. Da der Ort sehr klein ist und die nächsten Geschäfte zu Fuß nicht erreicht werden können, empfiehlt sich die Anreise mit dem PKW. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.
