This 100-year-old house has been shining in new splendor since the autumn of 2013. In the completely renovated city villa, you will occupy lovingly and stylishly furnished rooms with leather sofas, WiFi, a piano, real wood floors, and antiques. The floor-heated kitchen offers you modern equipment with a dishwasher, an electric stove, microwave, toaster, and kettle; a washing machine and dryer are available for you in an adjacent chamber. The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooks the large garden with a terrace, beach chair, grill, and children's swing. All of this is for your use as a holiday guest!
Two completely new bathrooms with a shower, bathtub, 2 toilets, and a urinal ensure that personal care is stress-free even with several people. (additional amenities)
The house is a non-smoking house; we also do not allow pets, in order to offer a holiday home to all allergy sufferers who visit the coast for health reasons (wooden and tile floors, washable bed inlets). We place a very high value on cleanliness.

A vacation in this city villa combines the proximity to the charming city center of Nordens with the pleasant tranquility of a small residential street, near which there is a watercourse that invites you to relaxing walks.
From this residence, you can start a variety of activities. You can reach the well-known excursion destinations in the area by car or with the inexpensive holiday bus: the East Frisian Islands, the resorts on the coast, the picturesque mound villages of the Krummhörn, and other Frisian towns, like Jever. Numerous attractive places can be explored by bicycle, with tours of all different lengths available. By the way, you can rent bikes nearby from a bicycle dealer and store them securely in our own shed. The small town of Norden, with its centuries-old history, invites you to take a stroll and go shopping in its attractive pedestrian zone. You can visit the medieval Ludgeri Church with its impressive organ and historic townhouses, as well as the Tea Museum. From the holiday home, you can reach the city center, nice restaurants, and cafes within a few minutes on foot. Norddeich is a North Sea spa town with numerous tourist attractions such as the Oceanwave saltwater leisure pool, the seal breeding station, and a children’s playhouse. Norddeich has the largest sandy beach on the East Frisian coast with many water sports opportunities (surfing, kiteboarding, etc.) and a large kite flying field.

| Prices are valid for an occupancy of 4 persons; for the 5th and 6th person, an additional 10 € per day will be charged. The final cleaning is mandatory (75€). In this vacation home, you will find many amenities for a varied and relaxing holiday. In the large garden, the children can play and you can sit in the beach chair; in the evenings, the barbecue is fired up. Even on rainy days, it won't be boring: you can choose from music CDs and film DVDs, and there are games and audio CDs for the children. Upon request, we are also happy to put together age-appropriate toys for you. You will find a TV set in three different rooms. All bedrooms have writing spaces (painting supplies in one room). Books and magazines for all age groups round off the offering.
Not to be forgotten is the tuned piano for musicians.
A router in the house allows you to access the internet with your SIM card.
