Great holiday in the Black Forest

Holiday home is in a nice quiet location with a great view of the Black Forest. Very centrally located only a few minutes to Alpirsbach. Beautiful hiking trails are also in the immediate vicinity. Unfortunately, the property is not fully enclosed, which makes it a bit difficult with a dog.

A true dream!

We had a great break in the truly luxurious holiday home Dieboldsberg 1, where we lacked nothing! The sauna is a dream and the "bubble bath" also provided plenty of relaxation :-)
Together with the fireplace and the beautiful view over the snowy Black Forest, we had a great time and celebrated two birthdays on site. We really enjoyed the tours of the Alpirsbach monastery brewery and the monastery by candlelight! Only a slightly later check-out would have been great and made the departure more relaxed... ;-)
Overall, though, a perfect short break and we would love to come back! Thank you very much for everything, dear Roth family!

Beautiful house, can definitely recommend.

The house is beautiful, looks larger in the photos.
A lot of Ikea furniture, some of which could be of slightly better quality.
Kitchen and equipment are very good.
TV is good, unfortunately no functioning radio. DVD could not get to work.
Sauna is excellent, a few buttons need to be replaced, provided dog bed is great, as well as washing machine and dryer.
Overall, with 2-3 hours of handyman work, the numerous small things (bedposts, door handles, other wear and tear) could be brought back to top condition. And a few less emails in advance would also be good. We would definitely rent the house again and also recommend it further.

Top kitchen, modern and well laid out

Well-located, modern and clean holiday home with excellent sauna, fireplace, and barbecue. The kitchen equipment is top-notch, and the furnishings are nice. Beds, bedrooms, laundry, and play equipment in the lower garden are okay. Quiet location close to the forest and shopping facilities. When arriving, remember to bring consumables like toilet paper, paper towels, or foil. Very nice and pleasant service that is easily reachable.

Dreamy vacation in a modern holiday home

From the facilities to the location of the house, we were surprised from the beginning. Many things, such as toilet paper or parchment paper, were provided on site. Great amenities and everything was really clean and hygienic.
We can only recommend the holiday home and will definitely come back.

Great for large family

The holiday home has a beautiful large dining table where nine of us could sit comfortably, and it is very well stocked with dishes, glasses, and kitchen utensils. The location is perfect, you can start hiking directly from the house. Everything was very clean, we felt very comfortable.

Traumhaus

We spent a week with 8 friends at Ferienhaus Dieboldsberg 1. We have traveled with the same group many times before, but have never stayed in a house that was so well-equipped. When we were not out exploring the area, we could relax on the terrace in a deck chair or in the sauna. A fireplace for cold evenings, a large couch, and a big table for shared meals completed the whole experience. The attention to detail in the house's furnishings enhances the sense of well-being even more! The terrace is shielded from the neighbors of the semi-detached house, and the rest of the sloping garden is shared with the neighbor. However, the terrace is so spacious that we didn't even use the garden for it. If you arrive by car, you have many opportunities for activities within a radius of up to 30 minutes drive. The Roth family and also the lady from the local administration were always very friendly and helpful. Definitely a big recommendation! We will be happy to come back. :-)

We had a few wonderful days in the accommodation.
We enjoyed the sauna and the whirlpool tub, as well as the warmth by the fireplace in the evenings.

Super beautiful house!

We (6 adults, 1 dog, aged 30 to 83) spent a few beautiful days in the house. In my opinion, a lovingly equipped house. With everything that belongs to it. In summer, it is certainly very nice as the outdoor area looks beautiful. Above all, you can enjoy the peace and quiet. The house is situated very beautifully. Simply fantastic!

Super Ferienhaus

We were as a large family - grandparents and grandchildren - in this very beautiful holiday home in the Black Forest. It was really spacious, cozy, and modernly furnished. We could enjoy it as a family. It was ideal for relaxing. The wonderful sauna and great, modern furnishings. The lovely terrace with plenty of space and a large grill. While grilling, the children played on the playground. Lots of light through large windows and great bathrooms. In a great environment for hiking and walking. We definitely recommend the house. We will come back!

Great modern house to feel comfortable.

We spent a November weekend at the holiday home Dieboldsberg 2 with 10 adults. Since the weather was not so nice, we spent most of the time in the house and there was really nothing missing: fireplace, sauna, panoramic view from the sofa... The house was also very clean and very modern, and equipped for large groups. The view is simply fantastic, and the location is very quiet. Despite being in close proximity, due to the great location, one feels like being in the middle of nature. The communication and organization beforehand and on-site were very pleasant. We can highly recommend the holiday home and would love to come back!

We booked the holiday home for a short break over three days and are still completely thrilled. Beautifully furnished house that leaves nothing to be desired and offers great opportunities to relax with sauna and whirlpool. We also thought it was fantastic that dogs are welcome by arrangement. The area offers some shopping options for self-caterers, as well as restaurants for dining out ;-) Great holiday destination for those who love the forest and nature and want to get away from everyday stress! Stylish Base for a Black Forest Holiday

We had a great time during our 12-day summer stay in Dieboldsberg, serving as our home base for exploring the Black Forest. The house is contemporary, immaculate, and well-appointed, featuring amenities like a sauna, whirlpool bath, and fantastic showers. It also comes equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, and a large TV. The spacious and stylish house suited our holiday preferences perfectly. Taking advantage of the warm summer weather typical in southern Germany, we enjoyed barbecues on the terrace overlooking the surrounding woodlands. There is an excellent, huge, heated public swimming pool two minutes walk away and the pretty town of Alpirsbach is a two-minute drive. It's a good setup for visiting the sights of the Black Forest, and we made excursions to Freiburg, the Hohenzollern Castle, lakes, and walks in the forest. Cycling was enjoyable because if you hire bikes, the hosts will deliver them to the site. Cycling was fun because if you hire your bikes from the excellent bike shop in Lossburg, it's all downhill to Alpirsbach and on to the beautiful town of Schiltach. Then on to Offenburg and take the train back to the shop. Very important note - as guests, you get a ticket which allows you free travel on the local railways - make sure you don't get on an express though - it's not valid. The Schwarzwald thoroughly deserves its reputation for beauty, and there's much to do. The one-mile-long hillside roller coaster in Gutach was a highlight for the children, but there is enough variety for them with cycling, walking, and swimming in lakes and waterfall streams to keep them busy. We would highly recommend this house as your Black Forest home.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Our group had 10 older children and 3 adults. We were pleased that we fit so comfortably in the house. In the kitchen, we found every appliance we needed, and the dining table was big enough for all of us. The peaceful location was very beautiful, and we really enjoyed the lovely walk through the forest to get to the center. The owner was very nice and helpful. We gladly recommend the house!

We can only recommend this house unanimously (11 people). We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the house with its beautiful garden, private playground, and barbecue area. It is fully equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is absolutely TOP equipped, baby cots with mattresses, children's games, wood for the fireplace, hairdryer,... even the sand molds in the sandbox and the cozy blanket on the couch are "in their place." Actually, you just need to fill the fridge and then the vacation can begin.
The house was perfect for us (kids, grandma & grandpa,…) We will gladly come back :)

Fantastic tastefully decorated holiday home to fall in love with

We were a total of 3 families of friends with 7 children, and the house is really ideal for that. The beautiful garden with the playground is great, and the proximity to the forest is truly amazing. The terrace and garden are wonderfully sunny, yet there is plenty of cooling shade. The real highlight is the outdoor pool, which is only a short 3-minute walk away. This is what makes the summer vacation truly enjoyable. We can highly recommend this fantastic house with sauna, whirlpool, and child-friendly facilities.
