Wieder alles perfekt

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Rechten Haus. Wieder haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Hais ist alles was man benötigt, von der Waschmaschine bis zur Mikrowelle ist alles vorhanden.
Die Terrasse lädt jeden Abend, mit wundervollem Blick auf das Riesengebirge, zu traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen ein.
Die Kiddies freuen sich jeden Tag auf den Pool. Alles ist schön angelegt, sauber und gepflegt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Hirschberg (Jelenja Gora, 8km) mehr als genug und die Gegend bietet so viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, dass man jeden Tag was Neues entdecken kann.
Wir haben schon am zweiten Abend den Urlaub fürs nächste Jahr gebucht und freuen uns jetzt schon sehr.

Absolutely recommendable holiday homes – perfect for families!

We had a wonderful time in the two connected holiday homes. Even beforehand, the landlord showed himself to be extremely committed and helpful – with detailed information that made our journey and planning easier.

The two houses are very tastefully furnished and fully equipped – there is really nothing missing. Especially as a family with children, we greatly appreciated the spacious, completely fenced property. Our children had the purest paradise: a large pool, a trampoline, a swing, and even a soccer goal provided daily fun and variety.

The location is also ideal – quiet and close to nature, yet the beautiful city of Jelenia Góra with all its shopping options and sights can be quickly reached in just 5 km.

We can wholeheartedly recommend these holiday homes – everything is just right here!

Perfect for families ??

We were here for a short vacation at Pentecost and felt very comfortable. From the initial contact in advance, through the time until the stay and during it, we were excellently taken care of. There was a lot of information beforehand, every question was answered, and all agreements were kept. The property and the houses are in good, clean condition. Nothing is missing. There are options for grilling, a fire pit, a pool, a trampoline, swings... perfect for families with children. The property is fenced, so the parents can relax as well. The location is very good, it takes just a few minutes to drive to the city of Jelenia Gora, and the view into the valley is very beautiful. We can highly recommend this accommodation and would be happy to come back again. ?

Excellent accommodation

We were five for the third time in the accommodation. Everything was clean, well-equipped, and very quiet. If you want to do something, there is a lot to discover nearby. A day trip to the zoo in Wrocław is highly recommended, for example. In our opinion, the accommodation is wholeheartedly recommended. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Therefore, full marks.

Family vacation

First of all, it can be said:
We were so excited that we booked our next stay right on site.
The perfect accommodation for a cozy holiday with children, grandparents, friends, and dogs.
Due to the 3 bedrooms and 2 fully equipped bathrooms, we never got in each other's way and can easily live under one roof with 6 people.
The wonderful communication with both landlords gave us a sense of security. Even during the stay, one could always reach out to you, whether in person or via WhatsApp, and always received a helpful response.
The location was just as fantastic. Peace and nature in abundance. A great enclosed garden with a terrace and playground for children.
Shopping opportunities are also quickly accessible by car.

Winter Vacation

We were there in January!
Everything was covered in snow and looked amazing.
The house was super clean, the landlords very friendly, and they speak perfect German!
For our daughter, it was a perfect short vacation; there are even children's books and stuffed animals to play and cuddle with in the house!

Great holiday homes

We are now here for the third time at "Sunny Hill." It is always a great experience for us with our dog and our children and grandchildren. The property with a pool, fire pit for grilling, trampoline, and play areas is ideal. We visited many attractions again this time. Dreamlike vacation in paradise.

Our vacation is unfortunately now over. It was simply great even beforehand. The nice contact, the many pieces of information, pictures, videos... never experienced that before. We knew exactly where we would be vacationing and what activities to do and where to eat deliciously. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and allowed into the really cozy and spotlessly clean holiday home. We felt really comfortable. The view is just breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the evenings, soaking in the tranquility and watching the sunset. The kids absolutely loved the pool. The perfect cooling off. The yard is also perfect for children, enclosed with a lawn for playing soccer and badminton. It's not far to shops and many attractions. Perfect location. Pure relaxation and recreation!

Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed. Our landlord was always open to questions or recommendations in the area, communication always went smoothly, and we felt very well taken care of. The house, interior, garden - everything was super clean and well-maintained, we lacked nothing. Our four-legged friends could also romp around in the fenced garden, and there were plenty of playthings available for children. The house is in an absolutely quiet, beautiful natural location, and for activities, you didn't have to drive far. A hike could start right from the front door - we can highly recommend it with a clear conscience. Perfect for switching off and taking a break from everyday life!

Just take a vacation

From the preliminary work via email to the day of departure, everything was just perfect. Very nice landlord who speaks German and is always helpful when something is needed. We spent the last week in the holiday home and were very satisfied, it is very well equipped and very clean. It is only a stone's throw to Jelenia Góra with good shopping opportunities, and the nearest ski resort (Karpacz) is only a 30-minute drive away. Family vacation in a great holiday home

We traveled with four people and two children and found a well-kept, clean and beautifully located accommodation.

The holiday home is located in a very idyllic and quiet place, truly on 'the sunny hill'. Beautiful view from the covered terrace.

The landlord is a warm, very accommodating and friendly person. The communication was tip-top during the booking and also during the stay. A big thank you to the Gross family. If you had any questions, they were answered in a friendly and understandable manner.

You could stay on the well-kept property every day, and there is also a large area for children to romp around, or you can take trips to nearby places in the Polish Giant Mountains.

In the evening, you can enjoy a magnificent view towards the sunset.

Quiet domicile with a view at the foot of the Giant Mountains

We travelled as a foursome with two small children and found a well-kept, clean and beautifully situated accommodation. The landlord is a warm, very accommodating and friendly person. The communication during the booking and also during the stay was tip top. You can spend the day on the well-kept property, where children also have a large area to run around, or you can make trips to the nearby towns in the Polish Giant Mountains. In the evening you can enjoy a wonderful view towards the sunset and at night you can sleep in wonderfully peaceful surroundings. There should be something for everyone. We would recommend it without any reservation.

From booking to departure, we received super friendly service from the landlord. We received lots of maps and tips on excursions, shopping and restaurants in advance, so we were able to make plans before we arrived.....
The holiday home is in an idyllic and quiet location on the 'sunny hill'. Wonderful view from the covered terrace.
The living rooms and bedrooms are comfortably furnished, the large kitchen has everything you need...... everything spotlessly clean.

Relaxing holiday

We travelled with two families and can say in retrospect: the Krkonoše Mountains are highly recommended as a holiday destination

Even before the start of our holiday, we were provided with extensive information and material by the landlord - thank you very much again dear Artur :-)

The accommodation is in a quiet location. Due to the construction of other accommodations in the immediate vicinity and the existing agriculture, it is of course in the nature of things that it was sometimes a little noisy in one place or another - but this was ultimately only temporary

The house is very clean and everything that was needed was available

We adults only had difficulties with the mattresses after a short time, as they were too soft for us personally - if you sleep on boards at home, this can be quite confusing for your back ;-) However, this is of course a matter of getting used to it - and many people prefer to lie on soft beds :-)

The terrace and the large garden invite you to linger and relax

There are plenty of shopping facilities available. Those who prefer to eat out will also get their money's worth here. There are numerous restaurants. Here, too, we followed the landlord's suggestions and were not disappointed

Most excursion destinations are about half an hour away from the house by car - and no matter what it was: everything was worth seeing. There is hardly anything on the ground level, so walking up and down was the motto - which included aching muscles :-)

We will definitely recommend the Krkonoše Mountains and the holiday accommodation to others and would not rule out another holiday there.

We have booked both holiday homes. One house was occupied by my parents-in-law and their dog, the other by us with our two children and two dogs.
The houses lack nothing! We felt comfortable all around. The location is perfect for various excursions. Shopping facilities and restaurants are not far away and plentiful! The on-site guest service was excellent! There was always someone to help us with any request/question/tip. Either directly on site (neighbouring property) or via WhatsApp/phone (landlord from Germany). This will not have been our last holiday in one of these holiday homes!!!!

Toller Urlaub

Very flexible and friendly landlord. Due to the Corona situation, we had to reschedule in 2020. Despite the deadline being passed, the landlord was very accommodating, and we were able to start our family vacation in summer 2021. A very clean and well-equipped house, with everything you need for daily life. Great location for excursions and shopping. We even received cake from the landlord in between. Great vacation for humans and dogs

We were with friends (4 adults) and three dogs in one of the holiday homes and were completely satisfied. The house is modern and very well equipped, living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, one room with bunk beds and two bathrooms with shower, and a utility room with a washing machine. It offers plenty of space and is not at all noisy. The landlords are very warm and accommodating, also kept us up to date on the latest Corona rules in Poland. Already during booking, we received a lot of information material and excursion tips by mail and WhatsApp. The property is fenced, so the dogs could run freely. At the end of the day, you can enjoy the sunset with a barbecue and bonfire. We had a great holiday and say a heartfelt thank you! We will definitely come back!

TOP Holiday home in quiet location

We (4 adults and 2 children) stayed in one of the two holiday homes for 1 week. They are located in a quiet area with an incredibly great view towards the mountains. The accommodation left nothing to be desired. The landlord lives above the holiday homes, speaks fluent German, and was very nice and always helpful. There was even a delicious homemade cake from his wife, thanks again for this surprise. Check-in and check-out without any problems. Beforehand, we received numerous tips, descriptions, and photos regarding leisure activities, dining options, experiences for all ages through the landlord's brother, an unparalleled service like we have never experienced. Good day, we have had a wonderful week of vacation. The house is quietly located, yet within 20 minutes, everything worth seeing can be reached by car. And there is much to explore. We (2 adults, 2 children, and a dog) have thoroughly enjoyed the week. Very hospitable hosts. The food in the area is highly recommended. The house is in top condition. Had a great holiday with children

We, 4 adults and 3 children (9 months, 15 months, and 3 years old), spent a fantastic holiday week in this vacation house. A travel cot, high chair, and kids' cutlery were provided in the house. The garden had a pool, slide, swing, sandpit, and trampoline, all of which were enjoyed by everyone. There was a washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. We also made good use of the grill and the terrace. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished, and the bathroom was in good condition. At some points, there were small suggestions for improvement, which we could pass on directly. With the very friendly landlords (who live directly behind the holiday homes and speak perfect German), we are sure that these will be implemented as soon as possible. For families with small children, it is also nicely located, quiet, and yet within 20 - 40 minutes you are already at many attractions that are suitable for children, such as the summer toboggan run and the dinosaur park. All in all, we can only recommend the vacation house and will definitely come back again.

Beautiful summer in the Giant Mountains

Even though the weather didn't cooperate completely, we had a great week in this beautiful house and in this wonderful area. The hospitable landlords anticipate every wish and always have a good tip for exciting activities. Definitely check out the various waterfalls in the area and have a cozy campfire in front of the house in the evenings. The colorful lakes are also very interesting from a landscape perspective. We will definitely come back!

Everything is fine

Thank you very much for the excellent care! We spent a nice week in your house with 5 people. The facilities were perfect, very comfortable beds, the house was very clean and spacious. The owner speaks perfect German, is always on site and available for any questions. His wife even baked cakes as compensation for the bad weather! The house is located in a rural area, surrounded by meadows and fields.
Jelenia Gòra is a beautiful city, and it takes half an hour to drive to the mountains. Everything perfectly organized, thank you.

Great and very happy to do it for the 2nd time!!!

We felt very comfortable again. The house is modernly furnished. Nothing is missing! Usually in a holiday home, you need dish towels, dishwasher tabs, salt, sugar, or sharp knives... not here! Everything is super clean and cozy. The landlord's brother next door, with his family, is unmatched in terms of friendliness and helpfulness! The view and location are fantastic! Information material is already provided before the holiday. In the house, there is also a thick information folder. They really take care of the guest there... whether it's restaurant recommendations, ski school, outing tips, or information about local life!

We were absolutely satisfied again and had a very nice, unfortunately much too short (1 week) time. The children (4 and 12) are looking forward to the next vacation there. Especially recommended is the lift in Swieradow-Zdroj! We also really enjoyed the old glassworks in Szklarska Poreba. There, children can admire the true craftsmanship and guess animals in their creation (horses, swans, pigs, etc.). The appropriate small entrance fee is absolutely worth it!
Conclusion: great house, excellent care, and dreamy surroundings!

Holiday

The accommodation is very clean and modern. The location is fantastic. The contact with the landlord was great in advance. We were sent lots of information and flyers. He lives right next door and speaks fluent German. The place is centrally located to all the sights which you can easily reach by car in half an hour at the most. It is absolutely recommendable. We stayed in this holiday home for the first time this summer.
We are simply thrilled!
The house was super clean, the furnishings very well maintained and of high quality. The layout of the rooms is really great. The view and the location are fantastic. It is beautifully quiet. Children are very welcome. A pool, sandpit, trampoline, play tower - everything is there.
Many sights and parks for children nearby (approx. 30 min).
Many shopping facilities nearby (small shopping facilities even possible on foot).
We can definitely recommend the holiday home.

Extraordinary Holiday Experience

After contacting them, we were promptly provided with information about the accommodation and the area. I love information ;-). . . and this was done via WhatsApp and a brochure package - we were very well prepared. Well, everything is actually as shown in the pictures and described. A very well-equipped and well-maintained house, a great garden with a grill, fire pit, and pool - and we tested and found everything to be very good. The very warm landlord family in direct neighborhood topped it all off. We didn't lack anything - in fact, the opposite.
We have a Golden Retriever dog with us, and when we left, we could only get her into the car with a lot of convincing ;-) Luna enjoyed the days just as much as we did. The property is completely enclosed with high fences, the charming landlord cats make their rounds, and the small, playful neighborhood dogs also come by occasionally to say "woof." Luna was thoroughly entertained :-)
Our photo archive is full of the magnificent sunsets that delighted us every evening.
We explored the area almost daily. My family was expelled from the neighboring village in 1945, and it was my first trip to the region that I had heard so much about. That's why my review is very emotionally charged, as I encountered so much genuine hospitality and warmth during my "search for clues" with my old photo album, which I never expected. We really liked the landscapes. You can have wonderful hikes, eat great food, and there is a lot to discover. We especially liked Wroclaw - a great city with an exciting mix of history, tradition, and creativity.
We gladly took the excursion tips and restaurant recommendations and can recommend them.
It was a very relaxed, warm, and moving holiday for us.

That's hospitality. Great environment. Pretty house. Dog-friendly.

From the moment of booking, one felt "well taken care of," as many tips came directly via WhatsApp and a package of flyers was sent home so that the vacation could already be planned. All questions about the vacation in Poland could be answered directly.
The landlords (one in Germany, the brother directly on-site in Poland) are absolutely nice and always there for you.
The property is great, large, and well-maintained. Everything is securely fenced in so that the dog could run around carefree. We were also fortunate that the second house on the property was not rented out. We were allowed to be flexible with our arrival and departure times. We have a Rottweiler, and we can report that there were no issues anywhere, even in restaurants he was allowed. Even in the cable car to Snezka (Czech side has cabins, on the Polish side there is only a chairlift). He was not welcome in the castle and palace, but that is normal. Most dogs in Poland roam freely on their own, so your dog should be sociable. We often had visits from friendly but intrusive dogs along the way. The Polish landlord lives next door and has 4 cute cats that also like to say hello ;-)

The house is clean, affordable, and has a beautiful view. It is absolutely quiet. Everything you need is included in the house. The access to the house is a gravel road, so it's better not to use lowered cars or fancy alloy rims ;-)
With German, you can get by almost anywhere, English was spoken less than German.
The food is very cheap, for example, we paid only 25€ for 3 main courses and 4 drinks together.
The opening hours are very long even in the smaller shops.
The only tiny point that could have been better are the showers. They are very narrow. Otherwise, there is absolutely nothing to complain about! We can highly recommend the warm landlords and the house! Best regards!

Very nice relaxing vacation

We spent a relaxing week with six people in one of the two holiday homes. The holiday house is very well equipped and the children were happy about the bunk bed (available in one of the two houses). The landlords are very nice: it started with the sending of information material before the holiday, continued with their availability on site, and even up to the point that one evening we received a traditional Polish dish in a pot. It was very delicious! The holiday homes are very quiet, and in the morning you can sometimes even admire the deer in front of the fence. The children can play in the property - there is a trampoline, slide, and swings. You can barbecue and even swim in the summer (which we have not used yet).

Erholung pur

We were in one of the two holiday homes for the second time. We received information by mail in the form of a flyer, so we could already plan and explore excursions in advance. Once again, we were warmly welcomed upon arrival and he could help us with addresses for places we wanted to visit spontaneously, such as bowling, squash, and go-karting. We felt at home. Furthermore, I would like to mention the heavenly tranquility on site - you only hear the birds chirping. The vacation home was super clean. We will travel again for a short trip in late summer.

Traumhafte Woche

We were fortunate to rent this house as a small family in August 2017. With our almost 3-year-old daughter, we had a wonderful time. We truly lacked nothing. From the first contact, we were taken care of with all the necessary information. Information material was sent by post to inform us about the place and all the possibilities. Next door lives the landlord's brother, who is not only extremely friendly but also very helpful and does much more than one could expect. The pool, playground, parking in front of the door, and the incredibly good location round off the holiday experience. I could continue writing for a long time, but I'll keep it short with "It doesn't get any better!"
I highly recommend this house from the bottom of my heart.
Family, friends, colleagues, and acquaintances will follow, that is for sure. And indeed, we will definitely come back.

We spent a wonderful holiday week here with our grandson Maddox and our dog Sally, which we will always fondly remember. Spontaneously decided and yet received something so beautiful, it was a real stroke of luck. We have rented holiday homes before, but we have never been so well taken care of from the first contact. Whether it was directions to the holiday home or the sights, everything was thought of and we always received friendly information and tips. The beautiful landscape and stunning cities like Hirschberg invite you to hike and shop. There is something here for everyone, whether it be action or relaxation. Our grandson has found great friends here, whom he already misses, as they had rented the second house next door. The barbecue evening organized by the landlord at the campfire was great fun for all of us, simply a fantastic vacation. We can only recommend the holiday homes. In July 2017, we rented a house here for the first time. 4 adults and small dogs were warmly welcomed from the beginning.

Prior to our arrival, the landlords made a lot of effort, and we couldn't wait to finally be on site.

The entire property is very well-maintained. A very friendly neighborhood and the landlord adjacent provide security. The house is excellently furnished and also invites relaxation and lingering. TV with satellite and Wi-Fi is as natural as a great kitchen.

We were on site for 7 days, of which we were on the move for 6 days. In the surrounding area, there is so much to explore and discover. No one will get bored there.

For us, it was a great vacation with remarkable landlords/providers. We will definitely come back, and we highly recommend it to others. Here again a big thank you for the many pre-information and the great process and help on-site.

We were on site with a small group of autistic individuals. We were impressed by the cleanliness and the equipment of the house, simply TOP! The price-performance ratio is perfect in all aspects! We have been to the holiday house for the second time now and can recommend both summer and winter. In summer, there are plenty of opportunities to spend the days outdoors, whether on the large property or with the many leisure activities in the nearby area. Now in winter, a trip to the nearby Giant Mountains is recommended, where there is plenty of snow. The holiday house has numerous brochures and offers available, so there should be something for everyone. And if you don't find anything there, you can also look on the internet, Wi-Fi is also available. The pictures are self-explanatory, we didn't miss anything. We were five (2 adults/3 kids) and had a really nice time in the house. The house offers everything to spend a "rainy day" indoors. Moreover, the landlords are very nice and always ready to help. We had a lovely and relaxing week in a well-equipped holiday home in a very snowy environment. We were warmly welcomed. The contact from booking to on-site support went smoothly. The landlord was available for all questions and was always approachable. He even brought us a homemade cake. Very delicious... thank you again for that!!! Our children also had a lot of fun. Right next to the vacation home, there was a sledding hill. The landlord even provided us with sleds free of charge. Great service! From the mountain of the gliding club, we had a wonderful view of the valley. A 360-degree panoramic view, pure nature. The mountain can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot or about 4 minutes by car. Shopping options, from a small convenience store to larger centers, hardware store, gas station, all available. Accessible by car in 10 minutes. Such a great infrastructure. We could perfectly prepare the groceries we bought in the holiday home kitchen. There was nothing missing. From the small teaspoon to plates, cups, and even a microwave, everything was available. We were very satisfied all around.

I was with my family and 2 dogs for the second time in this accommodation. I find the area really great to go on vacation with dogs, and if you feel like skiing, you can go to Karpacz, which is not far away. The accommodation is very clean and the landlords are very nice and helpful. The area is very relaxing.

Great holiday home and cozy like home

We rented both houses with our extended family over Christmas, and it was a very nice holiday. The communication went smoothly right from the start, and long before our arrival, the landlord provided us with numerous information brochures about local attractions and sights. Also included was a map with a detailed description of where the houses are located to make the journey as easy as possible. Both houses were very cozy, beautiful, and lovingly decorated, and nothing was missing. We had our little daughter (1) with us, and cleanliness was very important to us, which was found throughout the house. There was underfloor heating in the living room area, so our toddler could play on the floor comfortably despite the tiles. There were also many toys that she enjoyed and could play with. Additionally, there was a high chair and a travel crib available on-site. While we had brought our own travel cot, we wouldn't need to bring one next time. In one of the two houses, there was even a stair gate at the top of the stairs.
The kitchen was very well equipped so that despite preparing our Christmas meals there, everything necessary was available. We had a wonderfully festive table set with beautiful dishes. Other necessary household items such as vacuum cleaner, iron, mop, or washing machine were also available. We could feel right at home. Any information could be discussed in advance with the nice landlord.

If we ever had a problem, for example, a roof tile was dislodged due to very strong wind – the landlord was immediately on hand and fixed the problem. We even received a cake once. Top hospitality! Outside we had fun grilling, and the place is really beautiful. The view is gorgeous. We will gladly come back.

Great family vacation

We stayed with our family and rented both houses. The magnificent view of the mountains, the beautiful quiet location, and the very well-equipped houses provided us with a great and relaxing holiday. An ideal starting point for excursions (Sniezka, Wroclaw, Szklarska Poreba, Old Town of Jelenia Gora). Shopping and shopping opportunities nearby. The large property and the bonfire evening organized by the owner were a highlight for our children. We would love to come back.

Urlaub mit Hund

Toller Urlaub

We were with several people on site to be able to relax again.

And what do we get?!

A wonderful location on a slope with great sunsets :), owners who took care of a simple pizza order themselves, a beautiful house with good facilities (e.g., barbecue area, pool), and a connection to the city that can be easily managed.

Any tours could also be planned with the owners, which made everything much easier. In our case, for example, a guided quad tour, castle visit, and a large canoe tour. All in all, it is a great way to have an affordable vacation and definitely worth recommending.

We really enjoyed it. The house is decorated with love and taste.

Excursions can be undertaken at any time of the year.
