House / Exterior:
This is a flat of approx. 65m². It consists of a large living-kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, WC/shower and a large hallway area.
Equipment of the holiday flat: In the living-kitchen area you will find a set of armchairs with coffee table, a SAT-TV, CD-radio as well as a very well equipped kitchenette (microwave, 2 plate cooker, toaster, coffee machine, iron, ironing board as well as cooking pots and dishes/glasses for up to 6 people) and the dining area. Direct access to the terrace with garden furniture incl. cushions.
The bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinets. There are fly screens in front of the windows. Cleaning utensils (hoover, broom etc.) are in the hallway behind a curtain. Shower/WC with window. Hairdryer available.
Bed linen and tea towels are provided.
Staircase: under the stairs there is a small play corner for our little guests. Outdoor area:Large fenced outdoor area approx. 1000 m² with 2 sunbeds incl. cushions/apartment. Swing and sandpit for the little ones is available. In front of the house is the garage for the flat. There is also a bicycle for general use.
Covered outdoor seating with a view of the Schneekoppe and the castle ruins for general use is available.

Schöne ruhige Lage Restaurant undEinkäufe in der Nähe. Parkplätze auf gesichertem Grundstück . viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.leider wenige Fahrradwege.

Very nice accommodation
We felt very comfortable in the beautiful apartment. We were able to do a lot and get to know the beautiful landscape. The garden is wonderful, large, and has everything you need for relaxation.

Highly recommended
Very clean and quietly situated holiday home. Despite the quiet location, everything is easily accessible. (Restaurants, shopping possibilities, hiking, cycling and much more. Large green area for playing with equipment behind the house.

Top apartment and very beautiful surroundings
We (a couple in our early 60s) felt very comfortable in the spacious holiday apartment with the beautiful terrace and large garden. The location to various excursion destinations was very central and we were able to see and explore many things. Overall, a great vacation that will remain in our good memory!

For my father, who was driven out of the Giant Mountains as a boy, it was a lifelong dream to build a house in his "old homeland". We, as a family, supported him in this.
