Holiday home Ostseebad-Wustrow-Gruenbaum with view of the Bodden, Fischland/Darss, quiet, 2-5 pers, 2 WC, WLAN
sole use of house and garden (520 sqm)
Cosy, spacious holiday home (4 rooms, 87 sqm),
former house of the seafaring school Wustrow, built in 1955, carefully renovated keeping the style,
with view of the Bodden, quiet location on the outskirts of the village, partly unobstructed view of fields + Bodden, sunrise over the Bodden, fine-grained sandy beach (Baltic Sea), approx. 3 minutes to the harbour, 520 sqm garden,
individually fully equipped residential house (semi-detached house) over 87 sqm with 4 rooms and kitchen, gas central heating, comfortably furnished with old or solid wooden furniture, individually arranged for our own use according to our taste (see photos, no sterile standard equipment from the developer)
3 star holiday home (F***) classification by the German Tourism Association (DTV)
The equipment of the house would also allow a 4 star rating by the DTV. Because we cannot always guarantee ready-made beds at the moment (especially at weekends in high season), the house has been rated 3 stars (F***). Bed linen and towels can be rented on site from the manager.

Location and surroundings of object
quiet location on the outskirts of the village, partly unobstructed view of fields + Bodden, fine-grained sandy beach (Baltic Sea), approx. 3 minutes to the harbour, Ostseebad-Wustrow a picturesque captain's village that has grown over centuries with many old captain's houses, half-timbered and thatched houses. There are various shopping facilities (supermarkets etc.) within easy walking or cycling distance. It borders directly on the neighbouring village of Ostseebad-Ahrenshoop, which is a well-known artists' village with several galleries and art exhibitions, many call it the Sylt of the East.
In both places there are several restaurants with typical local colour (especially very good fish)

Cozy quiet accommodation
We have used this cozy house several times already. The location to the lagoon, pier, and town center is within walking distance. You can also explore the surrounding area without a car. Bicycles are available.
Those who like peace and quiet are exactly right here. The furnishings of the house are very good. The terrace is also cozy.

A bit like coming home
For years we have enjoyed coming regularly to Mr Grünbaum's house on the quiet outskirts of the village. It has been carefully restored, is cosy and comfortably furnished, and you can feel that he lives there himself. The house is equipped in such a way that we feel very comfortable even on rainy days. The kitchen equipment is great. The sofas and beds are very comfortable. The garden and the view of the fields and the Bodden are a delight. The roof has been re-roofed and the new dormers increase the living space and quality even more.
We say thank you for sharing and will book again for next year.

our easter resort
We have been going to Mr Grünbaum's holiday homes for many years.It is always a wonderful time for us.We appreciate the cosiness and the furnishings of the houses.It is so nice to live in,because everything is cosy,not every plate,.... mr Grünbaum is always available for us, which I appreciate very much. The Wustrowhaus is situated on a field at the edge of the village and you have a wonderful view. The garden is also very beautiful. It's a great place, even without a car. From Berlin you can almost get to the door by bus.

Bodden view and salt in the air
Wonderful, suitable for families with children or girlfriends, with children... running barefoot through the garden in the morning and playing cards in the kitchen in the evening, browsing through the shelves in the small library or doing nothing... everything is possible in this cozy environment...

A house for every weather
The house is located quietly on the edge of the village; you can spend wonderful time in the garden but also feel very comfortable inside the house when the weather is bad. It offers a lot of space, even for several people, and is well-equipped.
