The large, open green area right in front of both terraces of the holiday home is naturally suitable for all kinds of games/ball games. There are also two handball/soccer goals on the lawn area.

The holiday house No. G05 (GOLF-05) is located at Löjt Feriecenter / Sandskaer Strand on the beautiful Löjt Land on the east coast of South Jutland in Southern Denmark (North Schleswig) about 30 kilometers north of the federal border. From the holiday area, it is about three kilometers to the small town of Löjt Kirkeby. The larger town of Aabenraa is approximately 10 kilometers away. From the holiday home you have only:
* 450 meters to the quiet and child-friendly beach where there is also a pier

* 750 meters to the beautiful beach by the campsite where there is also a playground. Next to this beach is also a small cozy harbor / mooring. At the campsite, you will find a kiosk / mini-market, which is open during the summer period. From the vacation home, it is only 600 meters to the center at the common area, which is open during the summer half-year. As a tenant, you naturally have free access to this. Here you will find:

The holiday complex is very attractive for families with children, as the proximity to the beaches, the communal area with the outdoor pool and playgrounds offers many good and exciting opportunities for activities. And everything is just a short distance from the holiday home. The area is also great for guests who want to relax, rest and enjoy nature. There are also many good fishing opportunities.

It was already disappointing that everything was closed. Kiosk like mini-market, etc. Everything was advertised to us upon arrival...... Then to charge the amount from the high season is not so nice!

Der offizielle Schlusstag des Campingplatzes, der neben der Ferienanlage liegt, war Samstag, der 13. September 2025 - also der Tag, an dem Ihre Abreise geplant war. Dass der kleine Kiosk am Campingplatz bereits vorher geschlossen war, wussten wir ganz ehrlich nicht. Das bedauern wir sehr und möchten uns dafür entschuldigen.
Zu sagen, dass „alles“ geschlossen war, empfinden wir als ziemlich hart und können das so nicht ganz nachvollziehen.
Die jeweiligen Preise der Ferienhäuser richten sich nach den Jahreszeiten - selbstverständlich auch bei diesem Haus. Sie haben auf keinen Fall den Preis der Hauptsaison bezahlt. Natürlich nicht.

Holiday Home Golf-05
We were able to spend two relaxing weeks in this beautiful, cozy, clean holiday home with our adult daughter and our two dogs. The house is equipped with everything; we lacked nothing. The two terraces could be optimally used for cozy breakfasts in the sun while our two dogs relaxed on the large green area in front. The path to the beach is reachable in just a few minutes on foot. The town of Aabenraa invites you to a cozy shopping stroll. Those seeking peace and relaxation are exactly right there. A thank you to Mr. Glenn Johansen, who was very friendly in the mediation, key handover, and generally in the entire email exchange. We will recommend the place and its holiday accommodations to friends and acquaintances.

Perfect for relaxing with the whole family
The house "GOLF 05" met all our expectations: well equipped, quietly located, and with a large green area right in front of the balcony door where we can easily send the children out to play. Glenn explained everything to us on the first evening and quickly and kindly answered the one or two questions we had about the house.

A relaxing vacation in a well-equipped holiday home

The wood stove creates a very cozy atmosphere and supports the heat pump.
Location was very nice, but due to very wet and windy weather, we could only enjoy the surroundings in the immediate vicinity.
Shopping was easily possible within 4 km.

The owner of "Holiday House Denmark South" is Mr. S. Hansen. Unlike me, he does not speak German and does not live near the holiday home. Since we know each other from the holiday home area and since I already represent several holiday homes there, Mr. Hansen has left the renting to me. We have been doing it this way for years. I live only 4 kilometres from the holiday home, which is very convenient when you have to pick up the key. Because there is no extra driving or unnecessary waiting for you!
