The house offers accommodation for up to eight people and can be rented on a weekly basis. Bids are comfortable in Istrian style newly built stone house on two floors divided into: Four double rooms (one with balcony) with four en-suite bathrooms, spacious and modern kitchen with microwave & dishwasher, living room with fireplace, satellite TV , DVD and CD player, laundry room with washer, open and covered terraces, well-kept small garden, outdoor swimming pool (10x5 m) with broad "Roman" staircases, grill, table tennis. The house has WIFI and central heating.
Approximately five kilometers from Motovun with shops, restaurants, cafes, ATM, post office and petrol station. Distance from the sea about 25 minutes. Surrounded by greenery,
The cottage is part of a small settlement consisting of only four houses and lies in literally surrounded by greenery. Here you can hear early morning birds are singing, the evening also already watching one or the other forest dwellers and enjoy during the day directly from the pool or the terrace of the most magnificent views of the lush vegetation of Motovun down to the Mirna Valley. The house is situated in Istria truffle field and you can acquire up to December the delicious tubers from June commercially and taste throughout the year in the restaurants of the surrounding area there. Restaurants, cafes, and shops can be reached in about five minutes.

Wonderful walks, mountain biking, horseback riding, paragliding, swimming / diving / other water sports (about 25 minutes), wine tasting, excursions, festivals and small towns trips to Motovun (Motovun Film Festival, held annually in late July), Groznjan (artists' town with music festivals and music summer Academy), Livade (truffle stronghold with truffle fairs and -festen annually in October / November), Hum (the smallest town in the world), and Porec, Vrsar, Rovinj, etc.

Holiday in holiday home Casa Lucia near Motovun
Dear Mrs Müller, unfortunately a little late... thank you very much for the reliable organisation of our trip at the end of August. Unfortunately we did not meet on site. Everything was perfect: the stylish ambience of the house, the crockery etc. was all there, so that you could feel at home straight away. The 12-year-old enjoyed the pool to the fullest, the Labrador Samson immediately guarded the well-kept garden. There was one drawback to our stay at Villa Lucia: one week was too short to enjoy all the amenities. We will definitely book this beautiful domicile for a fortnight next time.
