Description
The modern and renovated holiday home Mio is located in Unnaryd on a large property, which offers direct access to the large lake Unnen. Lake Unnen is approx. 60 m away. In front of the house, a large wooden terrace offers the possibility to sit outside, barbecue, look at the lake.
The house is beautifully furnished in a contemporary style. Shower room, WC and washbasin with cupboard is available. Three bedrooms are available, two of them with double beds, one room with bunk beds.
The spacious kitchen is also newly fitted and has a high oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. All household appliances are present, such as coffee machine, Caffisimo machine from Tchibo, kettle, toaster and mixer.
The living room was extended up to the roof and equipped with large sliding doors, so it is very bright and cosy. Large dining set and leather round corner available. Equipped for 6 persons. Washing machine and dryer are in the cellar.

Location and surroundings of object
The house Mio is situated in a quiet area away from traffic with access to the lake Unnen. There is a private bathing jetty and a jetty for boats.
Boat and canoe are available, another boat and boat motor can be rented. Unnaryd is a pretty little village. There is a petrol station, a few restaurants, a grocery shop and a beautiful church in the village. Lake Unnen is very large, there is a public bathing area at the lake with a swimmer's and non-swimmer's pool and jetties. Many beautiful destinations nearby such as Lake Bolmen, Värnamo, Växjö, Ljungby, Halmstad, Ullared, the west coast of Sweden with Varberg and Falkenberg. IKEA in Älmhult is also within easy reach.

Beautiful house, remarkable service.
We had a lovely week at Lake Unnen. What we didn't know: another house is located above on the same property. The neighbors were very nice, though. The house is very well equipped. Especially the spacious kitchen is a plus here.
The relaxation quickly dissipated when it came to the refund of the deposit. A rather dramatic correspondence ensued, based on outlandish allegations. We were accused of having more people living in the house than stated. Supposedly, the house was handed over in a very dirty condition, although we can honestly say that we left the house swept clean and in perfect condition. The cleaning lady also did not complain during the handover.
In conclusion, the house itself is a good choice, but the contact with the landlords was not only unpleasant but also very time-consuming and annoying. A more professional attitude would be desirable here.

Es hat sich um sehr unangenehme Gäste gehandelt, die vor Mietantritt nicht alle Nebenleistungen bezahlt haben und sich somit darüber beschwert haben, dass diese Kosten von der Kaution einbehalten wurden. Weiterhin war das Haus nach der Abreise überaus dreckig und scheinbar zwischenzeitlich nicht gereinigt worden.

Good for relaxing
The house is well equipped. There is another rented house on the property, which was no problem for us as we had very nice neighbours.
It was in the subsequent correspondence with the landlady - a pity.
