Description

The detached holiday home has its own boat dock so you can quickly head out onto de Grote Brekken lake. A beautiful garden with a large sunny terrace, from your own terrace you can swim, fish or go out on a boat.

The living room has been modernly furnished. Dining table and open modern kitchen. A TV with German channels and Wifi are of course included. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms for max. 6 people. 2 bedrooms have a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. The bathroom upstairs has a toilet, sink, and a shower cabin.

The house is ideal for cycling holidays, boating holidays, sailing holidays, or fishing holidays.
Parking space for a car and for a trailer.

The place is located in the south of the Friesland province in the north of It is a place of the old Fisher age. Friesland is rich in beautiful lakes. Along the beach of Lemmer, you enjoy an impressive view of the IJsselmeer. A visit to the Ir. Woudagemaal, the largest steam-driven pumping station in the world that is still operational. In the village of Lemmer, you will find various supermarkets and beautiful restaurants and pubs. Eating fish is a must in the old fishing village of Lemmer. Enjoy a large terrace for a high-quality holiday feeling.

Lemmer is a picturesque original fishing village in Friesland, located between many lakes connected to the IJsselmeer. You will find all the possibilities for water sports activities in this area as well as the relaxation of the water. Many restaurants can also be visited by boat. The beach of Lemmer is very attractive for a walk or as a playground for children.

We will come back!

We were in Lemmer for the 2nd time and felt very comfortable again. The house is great, the bedrooms are a bit small, but completely adequate for sleeping! We will rent Efkes again next year as it was perfect for the kids and dogs. The fact that it is a bit outside did not bother us in the slightest. You should definitely rent a boat too!!!! I can only recommend Nina and her team to everyone! Thank you for a great holiday!
