Description
The villa Seewald is a newly renovated cottage to relax for young and old. It features a large garden with many fruit trees, which invites you to relax in the great outdoors. The children can romp undisturbed and use the on-site children's playground and sandpit. The house has 6 bedrooms - one with en-suite bathroom .. As well as a large living-dining area and an additional lounge with projector and satellite and DVD system.
In the living room and in the lounge additional bed (sofa bed) are available. The kitchen is modern equipped with induction hob, microwave, oven and coffee machine. There is plenty of dishes for larger groups available.
There are a total of 3 bathrooms. Each with shower. In an additional bath. In another jacuzzi.
To relax is a nice outdoor sauna and a hot tub for 2 people. You can also enjoy the waterfall in the rain shower in the shower.

Location and surroundings of object
The villa is located in Seewald Seewald in the suburb Scherbach right in the northern Black Forest. Many leisure activities in summer and in winter lead to a fun-filled holiday for young and old. In summer, the 3 km away Erzgrube invites you to water fun in the winter offers 25 km of trails around Seewald for winter athletes ready. Many other winter sports invite. Hiking, games and fun in the great outdoors can make the holiday an unforgettable experience. If you do not feel like trips has, you can use the large garden of the villa Seewald and relax while the kids romp undisturbed in the garden or use the on-site playground.
The place is a little haven Scherbach the municipality Seewald just 3 km from the Nagoldtalsperre, a lake with many opportunities for recreation. It lies between Freudenstadt (18 km) and Altensteig (16 km).
Scherbach located on a plateau and has about 200 inhabitants. Meadows and forests dominate the picture and it is a real place to fall in love.

Very relaxing
It was a wonderful week in this house. On arrival we were amazed by everything. Everything was very clean, comfortably furnished and there were great opportunities to relax (landscape, sauna, whirlpool tub, peace and quiet...) It was really very nice! Many thanks at this point! We would love to come back!

Very beautiful house with plenty of space
We accommodated 20 people very well in the large house. We felt very comfortable. Outside the beautiful garden, inside the cozy kitchen and dining area. The hot tub was a highlight not only for the children. The reception was very nice and everything was clean.

Easter gathering with the family
The house was perfect for us. The accommodation is located in the middle of nature, with a large garden and plenty of opportunities for hiking or taking a walk. We will definitely come back. The sauna is a highlight.

Wunderbar in der Natur und lichtdurchflutet
The house in Seewald-Schernbach is ideal for groups of 10 to 12 people with its generous sleeping accommodations. Located in nature with an open view over the nearby fields, it is flooded with light and sun from all sides. A beautiful kitchen and large communal spaces invite guests to linger, relax, or celebrate. On the terrace and on the lawn directly in front of the house, children and adults will find their fun. The beautiful sauna and endless activities of the Black Forest complete the stay at Haus Seewald.

Beautiful, spacious, and modern country house in the Black Forest. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled. We all, the children and the adults, enjoyed our stay very much! Only downside: the stay was too short :-)

We had a GREAT time!
We had a MEGA time at Landhaus Seewald in Schernbach! Everyone loved the house, it is very well equipped and very cozy with all the wood. The kitchen is also a hit. I myself was very happy with the satisfied reactions from all my relatives. The sauna and whirlpool were also appreciated.

Sehr schönes Haus
We were with our 8-person working group at Landhaus Seewald for 3 days and had a successful mix of presentations, group work, and cozy get-togethers in the evening. The landscape invites you to hike and ski and is ideal for getting away from everyday life. The house is fully equipped, especially the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. There are also plenty of rooms available, so each of us had their own room. Everything is in perfect condition and ideal for work seminars or private stays. The hosts are very friendly and respond quickly to inquiries. I am sure that this was not our last stay at Landhaus Seewald. Thank you for a lovely time!

Very nice country house with plenty of space

All-around well-being service!
My wife and I felt very comfortable at the Seewald holiday house. We appreciated the generous space available, not to mention the whirlpool and the truly original outdoor sauna. After just one week of vacation in the Black Forest, our batteries are fully recharged! - We will definitely come back and highly recommend the all-around feel-good service!

A great weekend in a great house
Our weekend at the Seewald holiday home was a complete success with our eight adults and ten children. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature in a small settlement of houses with a view of grazing horses. The large garden, including a swing, was wonderful for the children to play in. Unfortunately, we forgot the table tennis paddles (table is covered). In the house, the large open and very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook together, while the children had space to play and watch DVDs on the big screen in the very large room upstairs. There, the children had their sleeping quarters on four double pull-out beds. We enjoyed the last rays of autumn sun with coffee on the rooftop terrace before heading to the sauna. A great holiday home with a very nice landlord and property manager that we have already booked again for next year.

Wonderful holiday home in the Black Forest
We had a wonderful stay in your holiday home. Everything was perfect and we all felt very comfortable there. Our grandpa was also very enthusiastic and happy. Dream house in the Black Forest!
Very nice spacious house and also very well equipped. With a really large garden. Very clean and with a nice atmosphere. The bathrooms are top equipped. As we could do so much together in the area, we unfortunately didn't have time to use the great outdoor sauna and whirlpool. We would love to come back, our grandmother, to whom we gifted the vacation, was moved to tears at departure.
