Our Seewald holiday home has 2 cosy bedrooms, a bathroom with shower/WC, an attractive living room with TV and a fully equipped kitchen.
For our little guests there is a swing, a slide and a sandbox and the large area around the house invites you to play
The whole area is fenced and therefore ideal for dog owners.

Cancellation terms:
Cancellation: You may withdraw from the rental agreement at any time before the start of the rental period. In this case, we will make every effort to rent out the holiday home to someone else. The tenant may provide a replacement tenant who fully assumes the contract. Cancellation Fees: The amount of the cancellation fee depends on the time of cancellation: - 28 days or more before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price - 21–27 days before the start of the rental period: 40% of the rental price - 11–20 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price - 10 days or less before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price - After the start of the rental period / early departure: no refund of the rental price The start of the rental period is the first day of the booked stay. The deadlines are calculated in calendar days, counting backwards from the start of the rental period. Goodwill Policy (voluntary): In the case of very early cancellations (e.g. several months in advance), the landlord may, at their own discretion, waive the cancellation fee if the period can likely be re-rented. There is no entitlement to goodwill. Recommendation: We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Super
Super convenient holiday home! The view into the valley and over the mountains and fir trees is unique. The area around Erzgrube is very beautiful. Old half-timbered houses in most towns, dams, and so on. There is something for everyone! The holiday home offers everything needed for the stay. Dogs are very welcome and have enough space to romp on the property. The landlord Mr. J. Kallfass is very, very nice. You can always contact him! So, we were completely satisfied, therefore 5 stars.

Everything is top!
We, 2 people with our dog, are "repeat offenders" and will come again. The holiday home is beautifully situated on a hill. It is a wonderful place to relax, the house has everything people and animals need and more.
Since I have walking problems, I thought on our first holiday, well, let's see if it works.... I can briefly respond to the previous writer, the house is also wonderful for people with physical limitations, just not with a wheelchair. I had no problems in and around the holiday home!
Dear Kallfass family, we will be back soon and we are really looking forward to it!!!

Holiday with a dog
Location great, but not suitable for people with physical disabilities, super fenced property for dogs.
House clean and cozy, nothing is missing, very nice and helpful landlord.
Would rent the house again anytime.

Wonderful!!!
Great rustic house for exclusive use and in a secluded location with a fantastic view surrounded by untouched nature with beautiful hiking trails. The house is lovingly furnished with everything you need. Very kind and attentive landlord. We felt welcome right away. Ideal for dog owners, nature lovers, and those seeking tranquility. Because there is peace and pure nature there. Price/performance top. We will be back!!!

Die Gegend rund um Erzgrube sehr schön. Altes Fachwerk in den meisten Städten, Taalsperren und und und.Es ist für jedem was dabei!
Das Ferienhaus bietet alles was man benötigt für den Aufenthalt. Hunde sind herzlich willkommen und haben auch genug Platz um auf dem Grundstück zu toben.
Der Vermieter Herr J.Kallfass sehr sehr nett.Man kann ihn immer kontaktieren !
Also,wir waren rund um zufrieden, deshalb 5 Sterne.
Da ich Geh-Probleme habe, hatte ich bei unserem 1. Urlaub gedacht, naja mal gucken ob es klappt... Ich kann da mal kurz auf den Vor- Schreiber eingehen, mit körperlichen Einschränkungen ist das Haus auch wunderbar, nur nicht mit einem Rollstuhl. Ich hatte keine Probleme in und um das Ferienhaus!!!

Haus sauber und gemütlich, es fehlt an nichts, sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.
