The holiday flat is as good as new. It is located in a quiet residential area. You can reach the centre of Heringsdorf in about 10 minutes. The beach is only about 600 m away.
Good grocery shopping facilities including a bakery are nearby and can therefore be reached quickly (on foot or by bicycle). Usedom is an island characterised by lakes, forests and hills. Everything you need is already inside you.
This was our first holiday in a vacation rental. The apartment's facilities left nothing to be desired. The apartment was clean. We felt very comfortable. The beach is within walking distance in 10 minutes and Heringsdorf center in just under 30 minutes. We can highly recommend the apartment (1st floor with dormer).
