The holiday flat was built in 2013.
Two bedrooms, one equipped with a 1.80m bed and the other with 2 single beds a 0.90 m x 2.00 m
Modern living room with SAT/TV and DVD player and radio/CD.
Large bathroom/WC with shower at ground level.
Kitchen with fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher.
Dining area with four seats.
(Two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area, bathroom/WC)
Pets are allowed, price on request.

The holiday flat is located near the Friesoyth city park. The town centre can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.
The iron town of Friesoythe is located in the heart of the Oldenburg Münsterland
Numerous excursion destinations are within easy reach around and in Friesoythe. For example: the animal and leisure park Thüle, Kletterwald Nord, Soestetal canoe trail, Museumsdorf Cloppenburg , Barfusspark Harkebrügge and the Aquaferrum swimming pool with sauna operation ( Km ) etc., further information on request.
Shopping facilities and restaurants of various nationalities are available in the area.
Larger towns such as Oldenburg, Papenburg or Leer can be reached easily thanks to the good transport connections.

Very nice holiday apartment

We were there for the second time and we can only recommend this vacation apartment. The amenities leave nothing to be desired, the location is perfect, quiet yet in close proximity to the city center. The landlords are super warm-hearted, the dogs are adorable, and you simply feel at home. Our stay was over the Easter holidays and there were many little treats (fruit, chocolate, Easter eggs) for our daughter, and on Easter Sunday there was still a surprise for the little one at the door. She was so happy!!! We will definitely come back, dear Anja, dear Dietmar.

A really great accommodation, landlords with heart.

We felt very comfortable from the start. After a warm welcome, we got to know the great dogs of the landlords (warning for diabetics: a sugar shock is guaranteed;)). The apartment is exactly as described, you feel at home right away. The kitchen is very well equipped, which we haven't experienced in other vacation rentals. The location is perfect for those seeking peace while still being close to the center.

We will definitely be happy to come back. Dear Anja, feel hugged and a big kiss to the furry ones.

Summer holiday

When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed
We felt right at home here! The cleanliness is top notch. The furnishings are lovingly made. We were spoiled with fruit and sweets everywhere, even our dog was given treats.

There were plenty of tips and destinations on the basis of flyers, and personal recommendations were also given.

Location: The flat is very central, but still rural and quiet, in a well-kept environment.

Leisure options: Cycling, swimming, rollerblading and much more

Shopping facilities: Everything your heart desires.

A successful time out

We were spontaneous guests for a weekend. The welcome, stay and excursion tips were just great. The location is beautiful and there is a large playground nearby. The furnishings are modern and rich in detail
If you want to relax you are in a good place. If you want to go to the sea, it is a 1-1 1/2 hour drive to the coast

We felt very comfortable! The cleanliness is very good. The equipment is very lovingly and perfectly arranged. We were spoiled with fruit and sweets that were available everywhere and unfortunately we indulged in them.

lovingly and superb

We were lucky to have rented this holiday apartment for a weekend. It starts with the friendly welcome, then the lovingly decorated rooms... the bathroom preheated, very nice attentions in the form of fruit, a bottle of water, sweets and so on in the apartment. We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back... this time for sure with the dog.

Great apartment perfect for relaxing!!

The holiday apartment is very cozy and lovingly furnished. It offers plenty of space and is very clean. There are various hygiene products available in the bathroom. Even in the kitchen, there is coffee, tea, and much more for consumption. Fruits and sweets were also provided. The apartment has a separate entrance, and it is very quiet there. I would come back anytime.

shopping facilities: Es gibt einiges an Geschäften in Friesoythe z.B. Lidl,Famila uvm.

great feel-good factor

The apartment is cozy and nicely furnished. The separate entrance makes it ideal. It is clean and well-maintained. The owners are very concerned about the well-being of their guests and provide many things in the apartment. I would love to come back anytime and can recommend this apartment for a weekend getaway to relax.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Es ist sehr ruhig und landschaftlich ebenfalls schön. Zum Entspannen einfach optimal.

free time activities: Es gibt einige Möglichkeiten, die man nach Interesse unternehmen kann. Empfehlen kann ich die Thüler Thalsperre. Dort befindet sich auch ein Kletterwald.

shopping facilities: In Friesoythe gibt alles Geschäfte des täglichen Lebens und auch kleine Geschäfte in der Innenstadt. Zum Shoppen kann man auch nach Oldenburg fahren.

Top Ferienwohnung

In the very quiet holiday apartment, everything has been thought of. Various hygiene items are available in the bathroom, and in the kitchen, there are not only cleaning supplies but also a coffee and tea offering. Sweets and fruit are also available for consumption. It is lovingly furnished and very clean. The apartment comes highly recommended.
