The white villa in Lindenstrasse, newly built in 2013, stands out in the village of Göhren: no curtained wooden balconies, no frills, clear lines - Villa Antje interprets spa architecture in the style of our time. The lovingly and high-quality furnished 2-room holiday flat is located on the ground floor and has approx. 50 m² of living space. The flat has a living room with a sofa bed and a separate bedroom with a double bed. Blackout blinds for a peaceful sleep are available. The bathroom has a glass shower, hairdryer and make-up mirror
This holiday flat is completely tiled, equipped with wooden furniture and therefore allergy-friendly. On the partly covered terrace with east-southeast orientation, you can start the day with a good breakfast in the morning sun.
Internet access (W-LAN) is available in the flat and included.
The garage parking space no. 2 (entrance height 2 m) belonging to the flat can be reached via a lift in the basement. There is also a shared bicycle storage room and a laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and coin-operated dryer. The non-smoking flat is ideal for 2-3 people. One pet is not allowed.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday flat in the "Villa Antje" is only a stone's throw away from the main street with its numerous shops and the local history museum. The bakery and supermarket are about 100 m away, and other shopping and dining facilities are also in the immediate vicinity.
It is also only a few minutes to the two beaches. If you want to experience nature, you don't have to go far from Villa Antje. Walk along the Nordperd, a beautiful path through the woods, with great views of the deep blue Baltic Sea.
The Baltic seaside resort of Göhren is located on the Mönchgut peninsula in the middle of the biosphere reserve with the easternmost point of Rügen: Cape Nordperd. This separates the fine sandy northern beach with its spa promenade and pier from the more natural southern beach
The Rasender Roland narrow-gauge railway, which opened in 1899, is still one of the island's special attractions and connects Göhren with the seaside resorts of Baabe, Sellin and Binz on a regular service
The Baltic seaside resort offers a relaxing and healthy holiday at any time of year. Wide sandy beaches, green coastal forest, lovely hills and magnificent views invite you to go hiking and cycling.

Cancellation terms:
You will receive a refund of half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee if you cancel the booking at least 30 days before the planned check-in by 12 noon CET (Central European Time). For cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in, you will not receive a refund.
