From private owner, very well-maintained, detached, charmingly furnished chalet in a small, quiet, enclosed residential complex with a beautiful Mediterranean garden and communal pool. The residential complex consists of only 15 houses, so the pool is not overcrowded even in the summer. The house is located at the end of the residential complex, providing a pleasant privacy. The residential complex is inhabited year-round and is also suitable for a stay in the winter. The single-story house with its own direct parking at the house is very popular among seniors and families with children.

It offers:

1 rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of the Montgo Nature Park and the nearby Mediterranean
1 terrace with direct access to the dining/living room,
equipped with garden furniture, awning, and Weber charcoal grill. - The pool is located only 15 m from the house
- private covered parking right at the house

It has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds (with good mattresses), which can be pushed together if needed.

The house is also suitable for a longer stay in the winter. From November to March, we offer the house for a monthly price of €700 plus additional costs for stays of 4 weeks or longer. The living/dining room and kitchen can be heated with a gas fireplace and additionally with electric heat. The bedrooms and bathrooms are heated with decentralized electric heating. It is equipped with insulated glass windows. Thick comforters are also available.

We hope that it will be a pleasant and memorable holiday for you. A very well-maintained and functional house is for us the success of frequently returning guests. The briefing and key handover will be conducted by me personally. As a contact person, I am available on site.

The house is located in the southern part of Denia in a year-round inhabited, preferred residential area "las Troyas".

1200m to the beach and nearby marina, restaurants, and shopping facilities.

It is 2.5 km to the city center of Denia.

Since the house is located at the end of the residential complex, it is very private and quiet. The residential complex is closed off and only accessible to residents.
Denia is one of the most beautiful places on the Costa Blanca. Here you will not find any tourist hotels. Denia captivates with its historical old town, the small alleys with restaurants and shops, which especially in the evenings offer a unique Mediterranean ambiance.
It is known for the kilometers-long beaches in the north and the magnificent swimming bays and steep coasts in the south.
It is located on the northern edge of the Costa Blanca, on the edge of the Montgo Natural Park, with the 754-meter-high mountain. A beautiful hinterland invites for further exploratory trips.
Denia is located about 100 km from Valencia and Alicante.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Beautifully decorated holiday home with attention to detail and the nicest landlady ever! We felt so comfortable here, warmly welcomed and cared for with hand and heart! It couldn't be better! We will come back to Mrs. Echtner and her lovely holiday home at any time. Regarding the equipment, I would like to mention that it is of a high standard! More than generously equipped with everything and all in very well-maintained condition. I have never found so many towels available for use in a vacation home. We were welcomed with champagne and cold water, and our daughter with a loving treat! This is how a wonderful vacation could start! Mrs. Echtner is one of the best landlords we have ever had!!! Thank you for the great vacation!!! Even our dog was warmly welcomed here and allowed to enjoy himself! We will come back again and again!!!

It can't get any better!

We were able to spend 2 weeks in the beautiful holiday home. It really lacked nothing! The holiday home is located in a very well-kept, quiet residential complex with a great, large pool. The holiday home is so lovingly equipped with everything you need, everything is very, very clean and well maintained. We can wholeheartedly recommend this holiday home and will definitely come back. Relaxing vacation, completely satisfied

My husband and I had a truly relaxing week in the very cozy and lovingly furnished holiday home by Mrs. Echtner. The house gives a very well-maintained and above all clean impression. The kitchen is very well equipped. There was nothing missing for cooking. Laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, and cleaning agents could be used. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom. The bedrooms are quiet and the mattresses are excellent. The outdoor area is also very well maintained. The pool, which was apparently recently renovated, was extremely well kept. We can recommend the house with the best conscience. It is just right for 2 people. It could be a bit tight for 4 adults. We will definitely come back.

Relaxing vacation in a perfect holiday home

We had a wonderful stay at the holiday home of the Echtner family. The holiday home is really very well equipped. Nothing was missing, towels and bed linen were also plentiful. It was furnished with a lot of taste, we felt very comfortable immediately. Furthermore, you don't notice that it is a shared complex, the house is very quiet at the end. The garden and pool are very well maintained.
We will definitely come back.

We had rented for 4 weeks and left after 2 weeks.

Our experience at Casa Renata in Denia.
The gas fireplace was already broken when we arrived and was repaired by a professional on the 4th day after our arrival. In the meantime, we had to heat the house with the air conditioning. After one day, the front of the air conditioner in the living room came loose and threatened to fall off. Then we had 2 days of storm, the gas fireplace couldn't stay on, it kept shutting off. In our experience, the house is difficult to heat. In the bedroom and bathroom, there were only 10 degrees Celsius in some places. If you want all rooms to be warm, you have to expect significant additional costs.
The seating furniture, sofa, and armchair are worn out, and taller individuals have difficulty getting up. The mattress has a hollow, but I still slept well in it.
In the bathroom, it should be noted that the toilet is very low, but the entry to the shower is very high.

Wir vermieten das Ferienhaus seit Jahren mit grossem Erfolg und Arrangement, Wir vermiete das Ferienhaus seit Jahren mit grossem Erfolg und Arrangement was die Resonanz der wiederkehrenden Gäste unterstreicht.
Auch wenn Bewertungen ein sehr subjektives Bild abgeben, nehmen wir diese sehr ernst und nehmen Stellung.

Der Gaskamin selber ist zu keinem Zeitpunkt defekt gewesen und konnte durchgängig benutzt werden.Es lieβ sich lediglich eines von zwei Absperrventilen, die sich im Zuleitungssystem befinden, nicht mehr richtig schliessen. Bei Betrieb muss dieses aber geöffnet sein. Der Klemptnermeister versichete uns, das der Kamin betrieben werden kann, da kein Gas aus dem Hahn entweichen kann. Bei Nichtbetrieb kann das 2. Absperrventil geschlossen werden. Desweiteren hat der Gaskamin selber auch noch ein Sperrventil. Der Klemptner wurde beauftragt das Ventil auszutauschen, was innerhalb von 4 Tagen ausgeführt wurde. Die Verzögerung ergab sich durch ein dazwischenliegendes Wochenende.
Aus unbegründeten Sicherheitsbedenken lehnte Herr Krüger den Betrieb ab, worauf ich ihm einen mobilen Gasofen, wie sie in Spanien üblich sind anbot, den er auch ablehnte.
Alternativlos musste das Haus jetzt mit einer zusätzlich zur Verfügung stehenden Elektrosockelheizung, sowie mit der Kimaanlage beheizt werden.

Als Entschädigung haben wir bis zur Entstandsetzung die gesamten Energiekosten übernommen und eine im Anbruch befindliche Propangasflasche kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.

Es handelt sich nicht um ein Niedrigenergiehaus, sondern wie in Spanien üblich, um eine Standardausführung des Jahres 1985. Das Haus wurde nachträglich mit Isolierglas ausgestattet.

Der Deckel der Klimaanlage der sich ausgehakt hatte, wurde umgehend nach Inkenntnissetzung wieder eingehakt und zusätzlich mit einem Klebeband fixiert.

Der Duscheinstieg muss zwangsläufig höher sein, weil es sich um eine gemauerte Dusch/Badewanne handelt. Bei der Toilettenhöhe handelt es sich um ein spanisches Standardmass.

Die folgenden Punkte liegen mir besonders am Herzen.

Es wurden 2 neue Matratzen im Jahr 2014( Härtegrad H2) und 2 neue im Jahr 2015( Härtegrad H3) angeschafft. Diese können bei Bedarf ausgtauscht werden.
Die Sitzmöbel wurden von uns noch einmal kontrolliert . Das Sofa ist einwandfrei. Lediglich der Barockstuhl, die Kissenauflage besteht aus Daunen die des öfteren aufgeschüttelt werden muss und der Stuhl ist sehr niedrig.
Bei grösseren, kräftigen Menschen kann das Probleme geben.
Diesen werden wir Zeitnah austauschen.
