Situated on the edge of a small hamlet and in a wonderful and quiet natural landscape, our CASA ANNA is located.
A former stable was completely converted into a comfortable villetta in 2008 and today offers eight holiday guests a pleasant stay in the typically Tuscan-equipped rooms. Wooden beam ceilings, terracotta floors, and chestnut furniture give the house a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. The house is a single-story, accessible via two covered terraces.
Across 110 m², it features four double bedrooms, one of which includes an en suite shower room, two additional bathrooms, a living/dining area with a kitchenette, and a small utility room with a washing machine.
The spacious and fully fenced property offers plenty of space for children and pets to play and frolic! A comfortable pool (10x4.5x1.4m) is located just a few meters from the house, and here, on loungers with umbrellas, one can enjoy a wonderful panorama and really relax and enjoy the holiday!

Casa Anna is about 4 km southwest of Arcidosse, on the outskirts of the small hamlet Le Macchie.
The area around the hotel offers ideal conditions for hiking and / or demanding bike tours!
In the vicinity there is the idyllic and ancient towns like Monticello, Montegiovi or Montelaterone that have retained their original charm and remained untouched by mass tourism yet!
In this area you will find also the small, simple Ristoranti and taverns, where you unadulterated and typical dishes are offered at reasonable prices! Arcidosso is a small town at the foot of Monte Amiata - an extinct volcano and the highest elevation of the Maremma - and part of the province of Grosseto.
There are shops for everyday necessities and several Ristoranti, bars and cafes.
Interesting excursions in all directions are possible and recommended:
Castel del Piano 6 km, Monte Amiata 20 km, Montalcino 36 km, Hot Springs in Saturnia 38 km, and the sea in Marina di Grosseto is 80 km, which easily in just over an hour's reach!

SUPER for relaxing!!!

Here in Le Macchie, in Casa Anna, we found a great holiday home.
Very quietly located and equipped with a huge pool. If you are looking for a quiet place to switch off, this is the place to be. In addition, the landlady takes good care of you. Salad and vegetables from the own garden.
The house is normally equipped for the Tuscan style. Not only we, but also our 2 dogs, had a great time here. We will definitely come back again. Thanks to Anna and Claudio

Simply Divine

It was a dream, if you value peace and seclusion, this is the place for you. We were there with 5 adults, 1 child and two dogs. From the uncomplicated booking with Mrs. Schuler to the warm welcome from Segnora Anna, everything was top. The place is still in the process of developing tourism, so it is difficult to find restaurants, but once you have found one, you can enjoy the fantastic cuisine of Tuscany in any restaurant. Wild boar is highly recommended, a delight in pasta or as a main course. Self-caterers have two grocery shops to choose from in Arcidosso COOP and CONAD. Thanks to Mrs. Schuler we got a folder with very great tips that can be easily implemented. A must is Pitigliano, the town on tuff stone, simply fantastic. All in all a great holiday that would like to be repeated. Thank you Mrs Schuler and best regards to Anna and Claudio.
