Description
Our holiday flat is located in a bicycle-friendly environment with little traffic on the roads, forest and cycle paths.
The cosy little holiday flat offers space for up to 4 people.
You can see a floor plan of the flat in the pictures.
It is located in an old brick house on a 3500 square metre property in a dead end street and
has a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom.
The living room with dining area has satellite TV and two comfortable sofa beds for one person each, but they can also be connected.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker and oven, dishwasher, microwave and freezer.
You can sleep in the bedroom in a large double bed 1.8 x 2 m and in the living room on two single sofa beds.
The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the flat and on the terrace.
Outside, a terrace with a pavilion invites you to linger or barbecue. On the large property there is enough space for badminton, football for the little ones or table tennis. A playground is only 5 minutes away.
There is a water ski facility at a bathing lake about 8 km away.
There are plenty of other lakes in the surrounding area.
The centre of Schwerin with its seven lakes and the fantastic old town with the unique castle can be reached in about 15 minutes by car or in 16 km by bike.
The Baltic Sea (Boltenhagen) can be reached in an hour, Kühlungsborn in 1 1/4 hours.
Bicycle rental:
Bicycles can be rented or brought to the holiday flat in about 8 km distance. More information on request.
Hikes:
A hiking trail runs directly through Sülstorf. Due to a railway connection, our village offers the possibility to explore some other hiking trails in the surrounding area. More information on request.

You can reach us:
From the A24, take the Schwerin Hagenow exit in the direction of Schwerin. In Bandenitz, turn right after the Shell petrol station. Follow the K 30 through Neu Zachun and Hoort to Sülstorf. Once in Sülstorf, take the first road on the left past the church.
After approx. 200 m you will reach your holiday destination.
Coming from Ludwigslust ( A24 exit Ludwigslust Neustadt Glewe ) or Schwerin follow the
B 106 to Hasenhäge. Turn off here in the direction of Sülte. Follow the K 30 through Sülte to Sülstorf.
In Sülstorf follow the main road straight ahead until you reach a dead end.
You will see your holiday destination on the left-hand side. Sülstorf is a community of approx. 500 souls
in a beautiful landscape. There is a playground for the little ones about 5 minutes from the holiday home. The nearest shopping facilities are about 7 km away.
Sülstorf was first mentioned in a document in 1217. The linden branch in the municipal coat of arms, which the municipality has borne since 13 November 2000, is intended to refer to the densely wooded area on the one hand and to the number of leaves on the other to the three present-day districts (Boldela, Sülstorf, Sülte). Sülstorf used to belong to the Johanniterkomturei in Kraak, which is indicated by the Maltese cross in the coat of arms. The colours of the coat of arms (tinging) refer to the former county of Schwerin. In the "Description of the Offices" by Bertram Christian von Hoinckhusen (around 1700) there are various references to the places. Thus (in). Boldela was a sovereign farm, to which the villages of Lehmkuhlen, Holthusen and Sülstorf served". Sülte was listed among the villages that were not in Hufe. Sülstorf and Hoort were parishes of the Sülstorf church. In Kraak there was a daughter church of Sülstorf. The chapel (church) in Sülte was a daughter church of Uelitz. On a map (1882/edition 1941) a mill is still marked near the right-hand end of Sülstorf in the direction of Sülte. Until 1315 the commander of the Order of St. John had his seat in Sülstorf. On , a fire destroyed the Sülstorf church. In 1984, the church was rebuilt and consecrated again, albeit without a tower. Therefore, it was a special highlight for the village community in 2003 when the new wooden church tower, equipped with two new bells, finally completed the picture again.

About 25 km from Schwerin lies this lovingly converted house. Sufficient space for two people with everything you need and more. Very well equipped. Special wishes... no problem. The couple Kort... very pleasant, open, warm-hearted. We felt very comfortable! If we ever travel to the East again, this will be our first address! Elke and Bernd

The flat is on the outskirts of the village, and you can be out in nature with your dog in just a few minutes
Schwerin as a place of interest can be reached quickly by car
