On the almost 1000 square metre property you will also find a well-kept garden with palm trees and tropical plants and, of course, a tastefully furnished house with a large pool and whirlpool.
The living area of almost 200 sqm with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms offers enough space for max. 6 guests.
Our villa is located in a quiet (cul-de-sac) and well-kept residential area in the southwest of Cape Coral with very good connections to all destinations in and around Cape Coral.

Villa Sunny Haven is located in a quiet and well-kept residential area in the southwest of Cape Coral. All destinations in and around Cape Coral can be reached quickly by car 'IT'S JUST PARADISE': This is the motto of your holiday resort Cape Coral.
With over 300 days of sunshine a year, understandable.
Only separated from Fort Myers by the Caloosahatchee River, this little town on the Gulf of Mexico is a holiday dream.
About 640 km of waterways run through the town, which rightly earns it the nickname 'Venice of the USA'.
Instead, you will find spacious villas with swimming pools, flowering plants, citrus trees and palm trees all year round.

Easter and Christmas/New Year 20% surcharge (12 days minimum rental period) The cleaning also includes the fee for check-in and check-out by our house management. Electricity consumption up to $35/week is included, additional consumption 0,20USD/kWh |
Cancellation terms:
The following cancellation fees will be retained: - Cancellation up to 90 days before rental start date: 25% of the rental price, - Cancellation from 89 to 60 days before rental start date: 50% of the rental price, - Cancellation from 59 to 30 days before rental start date: 75% of the rental price, - Cancellation from 29 to 0 days before rental start date: 100% of the rental price, A cancellation or partial cancellation must be made in writing. The relevant date for the deadlines is the date the corresponding written notification is received by the landlord. A subsequent reduction in the number of contractual travelers or an interruption of the trip does not lead to a reduction in the initially agreed rental price. Refunds for trip cancellation or early departure due to adverse weather conditions are not granted. This also applies in the case of announced hurricanes and floods.
