Our villa is located in a quiet (cul-de-sac) and well-kept residential area in the southwest of Cape Coral with very good connections to all destinations in and around Cape Coral.

With over 300 days of sunshine a year, understandable.
Only separated from Fort Myers by the Caloosahatchee River, this little town on the Gulf of Mexico is a holiday dream.
About 640 km of waterways run through the town, which rightly earns it the nickname 'Venice of the USA'.
Instead, you will find spacious villas with swimming pools, flowering plants, citrus trees and palm trees all year round.

Cancellation terms:
- Folgende Reiserücktrittskosten werden einbehalten: - bei Rücktritt bis 90 Tage vor Mietbeginn 25% vom Mietpreis, - bei Rücktritt von 89-60 Tagen vor Mietbeginn 50% vom Mietpreis, - bei Rücktritt von 59-30 Tagen vor Mietbeginn 75% vom Mietpreis, - bei Rücktritt von 29-0 Tagen vor Mietbeginn 100% vom Mietpreis, Ein Rücktritt oder eine Stornierung, auch teilweise, muss schriftlich erfolgen. Maßgeblich für die Fristen ist der Eingang der entsprechenden schriftlichen Erklärung beim Vermieter. Eine nachträgliche Verringerung der vertraglich festgelegten Reiseteilnehmer-Anzahl oder ein Reiseabbruch führt nicht zu einer Verringerung des ursprünglich festgelegten Mietpreises.
