Our holiday home in Sande (Friesland) offers you an ideal starting point for your family or group holiday for up to 11 people. Your dog is also welcome - it can play and romp in the large, fenced garden. In a total of 5 bedrooms with double beds and flat-screen TV, as well as in the dressing room with a single bed and baby cot (can also be placed in the bedroom), you will find the peace you are looking for. The large living room with adjoining dining area leaves nothing to be desired - the media area is equipped with a flat screen TV as well as a stereo system with USB connection. The large leather sofa set as well as the lovely decoration create a feel-good atmosphere. From the living room you have an optimal view into the garden, on the terrace you can barbecue in nice weather. You will find suitable terrace sets in the separate garden shed. In addition, one of the bedrooms has a balcony, another has direct access to the side terrace. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking - from a coffee maker to an oven with ceramic hob, from coffee and dinner service to a microwave. You can easily cook your breakfast egg in the egg cooker, the matching toast is grilled in the toaster. Here you will also find a dining table with chairs. In the adjoining room you can store your shopping basket and beverage crates. The bathroom has a shower, a bathtub and a toilet - shampoo and shower gel are also provided. In the separate utility room you will find a washing machine and a dryer, as well as an ironing board, an iron, a clothes horse and a clothes rack. You can park your car in the garage or in the parking spaces in front of the house.

Our large holiday home is located in the centre of the main town of Sande in the municipality of Sande in Friesland on the North Sea. Centrally located, you can reach many shops and restaurants in no time. The holiday home is a detached house with its own large (fenced) garden. Sande is a district of the municipality of Sande in Friesland on the North Sea coast of Lower Saxony. Directly adjacent to the Wadden Sea, to numerous hiking trails and cycling opportunities, the village offers you the peace and nature you are looking for. City trips, to nearby Wilhelmshaven, or cultural discovery tours, to the baroque moated castle of Gödens with its beautiful castle park, leave nothing to be desired for a holiday with the whole family - there is something for everyone here. The recreational area "Sander See" is a popular summer destination - you can relax on the fine sandy beach or go canoeing on the lake.

| The prices are per person and night for an occupancy of min. 4 persons. Each additional person (5th -11th person) per pwron and night: In low season: 30,- €; in high season: 32,50,- €. If there are fewer persons and/or a shorter stay, the prices change accordingly. On public holidays prices are on request. 100% of the fee is due one week before arrival. For bookings more than 6 months before your travel date, 50% deposit is due. For bookings with a fee of more than 600,00 € 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, we reserve the right to charge or retain a cost and cancellation fee: in case of cancellation up to 45 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the agreed rental price cancellation 44 to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 80 % of the agreed rental price cancellation 29 days or more before the start of the rental period: 100 % of the agreed rental price You can provide a substitute tenant. |

Unzufrieden
There is nothing to criticize about the property except that it is located directly next to the train tracks. This can sometimes be very loud. It is possible to communicate this in advance. We were not satisfied with the fact that there is no dog beach in the immediate vicinity. Driving time by car is about 20 minutes. Dogs are also not allowed at Sander See. If we had known this beforehand, the accommodation would never have been booked. I would have wished for the landlord to communicate this in the pre-conversation. The price is not justified for a house that is not directly by the sea / beach.
