Description

The comfort holiday flat on offer in the Mühlenblick is a self-contained half of a semi-detached house, which is available to you on 2 floors.

It is modern, airy, brightly built and equipped to a high standard. Roller shutters are installed on all windows and the terrace.
The size of the flat is 82 sqm.

The living-dining room on the ground floor has a large door front with exit to the sheltered terrace and large south-facing garden. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, beach chair and electric sunshade.
TV (satellite reception), radio and weather station are also available in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, etc.

Opposite the kitchen is a WC with shower, as well as a separate storage room with washing machine, iron, hoover etc.

Upstairs is the master bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet, as well as a second bedroom with 2 single beds. Furthermore, there is a cot available. All beds are equipped with 7-zone orthopaedic mattresses.

The flat has its own parking space and a large garage with storage space for bicycles, trolleys (available), etc.

Out of consideration for other guests, smoking is not permitted in the house. We ask for your understanding.

The Haus des Gastes and the Cliner Quelle spa centre are nearby, as is the waterfront promenade with a footpath along the Harle to the beach to Harlesiel marina.
The promenade to the south leads to the museum harbour and is also the centre of the village with 4 museums, a wide range of restaurants and all shopping facilities.
A ship (paddle steamer) departs from Carolinensiel harbour several times a day to Harlesiel and back. There are several restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, post office, banks, pharmacy, doctors, petrol station, bicycle rental and much more in the village.

For recreation besides the beautiful North Sea weather, there are:
The sandy beach, beach chairs, the heated seawater outdoor swimming pool, children's playgrounds, mini golf and pedal boats. The Haus des Gastes (Cliner Quelle) with 30 degree brine bath, 4 saunas, solarium, the Junior Toll for children, a wellness and beauty area for pampering, spa facilities and many cultural events.

Cancellation terms:

Here is the translation to English: If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the following proportional rents must be paid as compensation, taking into account any saved expenses, provided that it is not possible to rent the property to someone else: - Immediately after conclusion of the rental contract: 30% of the total rent - Up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 70% of the total rent - Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rent

Erholsame Tage

The very clean house has everything you could wish for in a holiday home. It is equipped with everything you need in a household. There is more than enough crockery, etc., so you don't have to wash dishes all the time.

Unfortunately, we could hardly use the beautiful garden and terrace due to the cool weather. There is no traffic. The location to the town center is ideal. In short: it was a beautiful and relaxing holiday. We will gladly come back.

Super Ferienhaus

This holiday home is located in a quiet and central residential street. We were impressed by the facilities and the garden. We immediately felt at home, we didn't miss anything. Parking directly at the house, a large garage for use. We were also greeted very warmly by the management couple, everything went so smoothly. Communication with the landlady was also very pleasant. We are definitely looking forward to a repeat visit.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Great holiday home with very good equipment, everything is available to feel really comfortable. Central, quiet location, beautiful sun terrace and everything was super clean. The large garage for storing bikes and the car is ideal.
The landlords and the management couple are very friendly and always approachable. We will definitely come back here.

Das Perfekte Ferienhaus

The holiday home is absolutely perfect in every respect. The sunny terrace, from which you look into the green, is beautiful. Due to the central yet quiet location, everything can be easily reached on foot. Very nice contact with the landlord and good service provided by the friendly manager couple. All in all, a very nice holiday home, absolutely recommended!!
